“We stayed here after our daughters wedding 15 years ago and decided to stay there overnight for a trip to the panhandle. We were greeted promptly at 3 pm check in and offered a free upgrade to our room. The house is fabulous and we essentially had the whole place to ourselves since it was a Wednesday night in the summer. The breakfast next day was absolutely fabulous. Perhaps the warm eggs could have been kept warmer but otherwise the selection of food was fantastic. I would stay here again, although I am sure it gets pricey during events at UF.“
“You want your daughter's wedding reception to be perfect and when it's held in an outdoor space on a cold January late afternoon you worry about how the food will be. Well, in this case it was perfect. Not only were the roasted vegetables audibly sizzling, everything was delicious! The guests were still talking about how good the food was the next day. “I had a great experience with this company. I e-mailed them looking for someone to do last minute catering. Within five minutes the owner responded. The communication was great, the delivery was right on time, and the food was good. The owner was flexible even given my short timeline. With the budget we gave, he created a great menu himself but was open to any suggestions that I had. The desserts were beautiful and of more variety than I'd expected! I'd recommend this company.“

“This place used to be the best pizza in all of Gainesville. It was usually packed and their ratio of sauce and cheese is on the spot. How would I know? I used to live within the village and also my parents used to own the restaurant "South Garden Restaurant" we were known for our Chinese cuisine and mostly our Dim Sum.“
