They use an AI system for the drive through and it screwed up my entire order. Not to mention the burger had like three shreds of lettuce, a tiny tomato, and a tiny whittle onion. We got three number 4s, all were made wrong. $32? Screw that never again ?♂️
Came for lunch since I was passing by and looking for a place to eat. The drive thru was closed so I parked and walked up. Stood outside the window for 5 minutes. Looked in and seen someone inside. They looked at me and still didn't come to the window so I knocked. They acted like I was annoying them by being there and opened the window and said they can only make burgers because their fryers were down... Ok... So this means you just ignore people and make them ask what's up???...read full review

I placed an order on the Checkers app and it said it would be ready by ~6:40. I went to the drive-thru to pick it up at ~6:50, and was told I needed to park and come to the window like I was a jerk for going to the drive-thru even though the app doesn't say how to pick it up and every other fast food app lets you pick up in the drive-thru.Then, I'm not exaggerating, it was a 30-minute wait.
