Chef Ami has completely changed the way I grocery shop and meal plan. I am spending the same amount of money using Chef Ami for dinner 4 days per week than I was trying to meal plan and shop for myself. The ingredients are super high quality, especially the protein. I want to know where they get their chicken because it is the best chicken I have ever cooked. The recipes are simple and never take more than 30 - 45 minutes to prepare. The food is delicious. Chef Ami makes me look like an amazing chef turning our high quality plates 4 days per week. Finally, they deliver fresh it to your house every Tuesday packed with care and precision. The driver always has a smile and a wave. I waited a couple of months before I posted my review to get a good feel for the service. I highly recommend Chef Ami to anyone in Gainesville looking for a delicious variety of dinner options each week all brought straight to your home.

Tried my first meal! cheesy shrimp enchiladas!! It was delicious and easy to make! I felt accomplished and full afterwards! So tasty! I'm glad I found you guys:)

Fairly new to Chef Ami. Invited by a friend who had a free week of meals to give to a potential customer. Am now on my second round of Chef Ami delivery of meals ready to prepare. I am impressed by the rapid and helpful replies from customer service (thanks, Brian) and by the freshness and quality of the food. Impressed by the packaging and the clear instructions on the colorful recipe cards. I was skeptical because I love to cook and select the foods I cook. While the offerings are varied and interesting, the offerings are limited. On the plan we chose there are four offerings each week from which you can choose three. I have gotten over all my concerns because the food and recipes are so darn good! Premeasured and packaged, the meals have all you need except olive oil. And the food is all organic or as much as possible so. And the cost is fair and reasonable. We can't eat out for the cost of meals for two from ChefAmi. Randy C

I could not recommend Chef Ami enough. I started doing this meal service in college and, after moving, nothing is comparable. The meals are fresh, adventurous, and normally taught me a new cooking skill (like how to make salad dressing or BBQ sauce). I have saved the recipes as they are some of my favorites and frequently introduce foods I hadn’t previously tried or cooked with. Definitely one of the things I miss most about Gainesville!

So convenient, delicious, and easy to follow the recipes. My vegetable bins no longer have leftover ingredients slowly wilting, waiting to be thrown out because I get exactly what I need from Chef Ami, and don’t have to purchase more than I need at the grocery store. Less trips to the grocery store trying to remember what I need for a recipe, because I left the grocery list at home. Wish we had tried this sooner!
