Chicken biscuit & hash browns were good, but could’ve been better if they were fresher… They had 2 ppl taking orders & by the time we got to the window almost everyone’s orders (like 15 bags) were waiting on the counter… If they can’t serve orders as fast, maybe taking orders a little slower may help…

What can I say, it's Chick-fil-A... they are the standard on how any restaurant should operate!
Rainy day in Gainesville, didn't want to do a sit down lunch as was heading home. Drove into Chick -fil-A. As is normal 1:30 in the afternoon there was a line up at the drive-through. I went inside to order. 2 people in front of me. The counter person only took a couple minutes to get their order, took him less than a minute to do mine. Wasn't even 5 minutes my order was out and I was on my way. Got 2 crispy spicy chicken sandwiches and a large fry. Everything was hot and delicious never disappointed yet, except I forgot to order Xtra pickles never put enough pickles on their sandwiches. Great service nice staff and the place was clean, you can't tell that if you keep going to the drive- through. Chick-fil-A never disappoints.
