Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe with pepperjack. Got the food and sat down and when I pulled my sandwhich out of the bag I noticed a big chunk of cheese missing in the shape of a bite mark. Never eating at this chic fil a again.

Came to pick up an order and I literally never write reviews but I’ve never had this experience at a chick fil a ever. The two girls driving the golf cart today for curbside orders were so rude and saw we parked and continued to drive away. Then I went in to pick up the order and both completely ignored me and took the order back into the kitchen and it was now after breakfast time so the app took the payment but our order was canceled. Thankfully Erin was so helpful and helped me and went and tracked down our order and was so nice about it!! She deserves something for her customer service because the other two definitely shouldn’t be working at a place known for how great the service is. I was not rude or mean or anything I just wanted food we paid for :/. Don’t order curbside here unless you want terrible service and you have to go pick it up inside anyways.
