If I could give 0 stars I would. I am on vacation for the 4th of July. We are driving so we stopped at a hotel in Gainesville FL. I ordered from here 2 days ago and let me tell you... I have BAD food poisoning.. threw up 10+ times and I haven’t been able to leave the bathroom. I don’t like writing bad reviews but for your own health... PLEASE go elsewhere for your Chinese food.

Terrible food. Made me wait for an hour for a simple order. I was trying to ignore that but then when I ate the food, it was bad. Half burnt, half old. I don’t feel good now after eating it. Please avoid this place for your own health.

First time. Execution all over the place. Some ingredients seemed fresh like vegetables but some were frozen and reused like some meats. Ordered small pork lo mien and a bourbon chicken lunch special. Lo mien was overcooked and mushy without the flavorful sauce you would expect. Pork was off a bit not fresh. Bourbon chicken you can tell was cooked frozen cooked again maybe more than once to get this dry and inconsistent in color. Bourbon sauce and rice were good. Egg roll was fresh and well cooked. Based on the inconsistency of execution, I will not be in a rush to go back. Pretty disappointed because this format is successful more times than not.

The food is as blatantly bad as the lady on the phones customer service. The food is so bad I kinda wish I had covid so I wouldn't have to taste it. Thanks for wasting 15 bucks. Side note my dog wouldn't even eat it.

I've never, ever written a negative review. This is a first. The food was inedible. Also a first, because I just about eat anything. Three bites and it all went in the trash. The bbq bits were hard as rock, the lo mien was flavorless and limp. I won't go on.

Refused to give the money back to the customers. Better business bureau should be notified. Please my opinion other better places

I ordered fried dumplings, vegetable mein fun, pork lo mein, and sweet and sour chicken. The broccoli tastes....soapy?....in the vegetable mein fun. Forgot the sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. The pork lo mein is dry and missing the sauce as well, and tastes very bland. I would try for a refund, but this was a third party delivery, so I'm not going to get anywhere with that. Been coming here for years, but this order was very disappointing. Loved their pork lo mein, but there was definitely no care put into this order. Luckily, my husband had sauce left over from a previous visit and used that instead for his chicken. Overall, very unsatisfactory and wish I could get my money back for this particular visit, usually they’re great!
