I don't always have a bad experience at this location but the majority of the time I do. Avoid this location if you can.This last visit was where I drew the line. I asked for black beans, the server KNEW but did not tell me they hardly had any left and gave me a 1/3 of a portion of my beans and gave me so much attitude when I asked for more. Then I ordered my protein, received a small portion, which can be typical at some locations so I asked if I could get more and she condescendingly said that that was already a serving. I told her I understood and that I wanted another serving and she begrudgingly gave me another one with a bunch of attitude and a nasty look on her face.The person giving me my toppings also had a bunch of attitude and served me incorrect toppings despite me informing them BEFORE they served it that I did not want it, so to please not add it. They looked at me and acknowledged it but still did it anyways!When I got to the counter to pay, I asked if there were any way I could please get a discount for beans and incorrect toppings. The incorrect toppings did not bother me too much and the line was horrendously long (also did not want to deal with their attitude and just wanted to leave), so I never asked them to remake it. The lady checking out my order just told me she was not going to give me a discount because all those things were free, which to me is insane because at the end of the day I was not a satisfied customer - my order was incorrect which I informed her of, and I was cheated out of my portion. Sure, the beans are not "extra" in cost but it is part of the base cost. The cost of getting a chipotle bowl INCLUDES beans, it's part of the calculated cost, so I thought her argument was baseless. She didn't even offer to have my order remade, which is poor customer service on her end (although I wouldn't have taken it - I just wanted out of there).Oh, and I still had to pay $15 for the bowl which is ridiculous considering the fact they completely butchered my order and essentially scammed me. I get these larger bowls because my schedule is so busy and I use it for lunch and dinner that day, so this was completely agitating and angering. I was robbed of my money and time. Not to mention my food was cold when I ate it TEN minutes later.

This location over-seasons the chicken so much that it’s no longer healthy or even palatable. I’m concerned that it’s not fresh meat. Chx shouldn’t be dark brown. So disappointing.

Let me start by saying I love Chipotle, however, this location has proved time and time again that management and employees DO NOT care about their establishment and their customers. I’m a disabled Marine Corps veteran using my GI Bill to attend college and the location of this Chipotle is so beneficial for my already busy schedule in school but after tonight I don’t think I’ll be back. 3 times in the last two weeks they have been out of all if not most of their meats and sides. On top of that the employees (especially tonight) are nothing but rude and demeaning to every customer. I will not be returning to this location or any others and will be communicating the same for my friends and loved ones. I would love to hear feedback to this post but after seeing how this establishment is run I doubt that will happen.

I went to get food and this location has roaches crawling all over. The service is bad, they rarely have menu items in stock, and it’s not clean. The trash is constantly overflowing which most likely contributes to the roaches crawling around.

If you go after 6 pm on a given day it's likely they will be out of a main ingredient. They will definitely be out of lettuce or sour cream or something similar. If it's after 9 pm they will be out of white rice, or black beans, or steak, or a combination of the three. Will probably run out earlier. Just things to keep in mind.

Undeniably the worst bowl l've EVER had. Gave me half a bowl worth of food for 13$ and forgot my salsa. There were literal SALT chunks in my meat and they were late. The meat was so salty that I taste the salt even after I finished it. Never coming here

Don’t trust these bad reviews. It’s chipotle, huge chain restaurant, so people only rate bad experiences. I live by archer chipotle but come here just because they give a lot of food. Haven’t had a bad experience with them.
Undeniably one of the worst Chipotles in Florida to the point it's hurt my perception of the brand as a whole. To some degree, I actually blame corporate for not doing anything to remedy the problems that have been here for a while. Understaffing what I assume to be one of the highest foot-traffic Chipotles in the state is a horrible, horrible idea stemming from greed. It's no wonder the employees are rude - there's a constant line out the door and I'm sure the ratio of online orders to in-person orders is close to 1:1. There's no chance to breathe.

This Chipotle is super busy and often overwhelmed during the college semesters. Went here on 12/19 and experience was great. Food was fresh with no wait. Clean af.Vegetarian options: Sofritas are delicious and high in veggie protein. Guac rice and beans gives veggies a whole meal
