I always order from this Chipotle but I’ll have to stop. This is the second time in two weeks I have been badly shorted. This is NOT extra rice or extra cheese like ordered on the app, even after tipping! I have emailed corporate pictures twice and they’ve done nothing. I’m not spending $15 on a bowl to be shorted this badly.
First off the staff seemed in hurry with my order and I was only one in line. didn't get much but Queso and burrito and BOTH were a disappointment, especially the Queso!!! That queso had no flavor and everyone told me this was the BEST Chipotle in Gainesville and if it is, I feel robbed cuz that was the worst $21 I've spend on food sorry not sorry

It is good if you go in person and get your food prepared. If you order online, they are terrible. Once bowl came with just lettuce and nothing else. Other time just rice and veggies.
