Good food, fast service, and a classic, home-style breakfast environment. It was incredibly busy and we felt as if we were packed in like sardines, but that means that it's a beloved restaurant and a local staple! With so many local places going out of business, I'm happy to see The Clock staying busy. I'd give it 4.5 if Yelp would allow me.

Haven't been to a Clock restaurant in years, I guess they pulled out of S. Florida. So our visit was for a bit of nostalgia at first. However the service, atmosphere and food was absolutely top notch! I'm sad it's not a place I can visit often.Parking: Parking lot was quite large

A sliver of Gainesville's old-school charm that has stood the test of time. We had the most delightful server and could see the team working together. The menu has a lot of great options and when the food came out it was so delicious. Best pancakes I've had in a long time. Nothing is cheap anymore but prices were reasonable and portions were good. A great place for brunch or breakfast anytime.

Very busy, and very slow service at 10:30 am. Staff was very polite and professional, but not 100% attentive. Had to track the server down to place our order, pay, etc. The food was good, though.

This was our first time eating at Gainesville‘s oldest diner, which was recommended by someone at the Subi dealership down the street while we were waiting for Service. The food and our server Jennifer were excellent! I was genuinely shocked on how quickly the food came out. I think it’s the first time in a long time that I didn’t have to request a take-home box.

First timer and me and husband found our new breakfast spot. Came for breakfast. Greeted nicely, server was sweet as well. Food was delicious. My home fries were delicious and not deep fried which is a win to find, the whole wheat bread was so good too. Can’t wait to go back.
