The coffee and food are delicious! However, the parking lot is really tight (pickup trucks had trouble getting in and out of spaces and the lot, so some parked in the grass). Also, where the parking lot connects to the side street (off of 13th Street) is so filled with potholes, I nearly had to do a 3 point turn to avoid them. Until that gets fixed, I don't anticipate going back.Parking: The parking lot is really tight (pickup trucks had trouble getting in and out of spaces and the lot, so some parked in the grass). Coffee culture has great food, coffee, and a fun atmosphere. However, the drive through has been repeatedly miles below the inside standard due purely the customer service. There is a young woman who interrupts you to bark at you, is rude, and pushy. I’m not sure if it’s the same woman, the guys have been polite, but she interrupts you and cuts you off to tell you in an annoyed tone to not order pastries or to only order pastries upfront, or repeatedly asks you “is that all” directly after you ask for a moment, even if there is no one in line. (I needed to ask my friend her order in the seat next to me, and genuinely needed only 30 seconds. We had been ordering for less than a minute.)She is not friendly, she isn’t even polite. I’ve been to many coffee shops around Gainesville, and I’ve gone to coffee culture for around four years. I’m not the first one to notice or say something in my friend group (who all enjoy coffee culture). The young lady working the drive through needs to learn basic kindness, politeness, and manners. I’ve worked customer service for years and this is not how you treat customers, especially polite ones who ignore rudeness. I’ve ignored it as I never have problems inside (and we all have bad days) however this has happened way too many times for me to believe it’s just someone having a bad day or going through training. I just want my coffee in the mornings without being yelled out or treated with a bad attitude, or pulling up to the window and hearing the same barking barista yelling about how annoying the customers are.Side note: I’m usually happy to leave positive reviews and very rarely leave a negative one. The drive through experience has been too bad just one too many times for me to brush it off. I highly recommend going to coffee culture only if you plan on walking inside.

The tablet/payment system has gotten terrible. It increasingly has problems, which costs an extra 10-15 minutes of waiting. No issues with the coffee. The staff are awesome, and a big reason why I keep coming back. I've been a long time customer, but I may not come back if the tablet/payment issues continue.

There’s this one barista that drops their entire budussy and work experience on my coffee! Not to say that the rest provide any less of a captivating experience. Would fly back from Europe just to have another taste. ??
