The payment machine went down after me waiting for 10 minutes. The customer behind me had a child and made them leave too since they couldn't charge. Making a kid leave with no ice cream is not good service. At least give the kid for free. Just bad decision making by the employee with red hair and glasses.

Tons of great flavors and toppings to choose from! This store is clean, staff handled ice cream and utensils very well and bathroom was clean as well! Shout out to our ice cream expert Park! Park was kind, patient, and handled the line of about 10 people like a boss! Great job and I’ll be back for sure!

There are two Cold Stone Creameries in Gainesville, Florida - one on Archer Road and the other one on Newberry Road., which is the one that we visited. I’m kinda use to talking with everyone I meet, but I barely got three words out of the two people working there. However, they were professional and nice, and I guess silence did give consent for a mighty fine scoop of German Chocolate Cake Ice Cream, and I guess that is what counts. We look forward to visiting there at least once every other month.

Can't in good conscience go below 2 stars coz it's ice cream whatever but the fool at the counter didn't know what a chocolate malt is? Like you work at an ice cream shop and you've never heard of a chocolate malt that's crazy. They had an attitude about it too. I was like do you guys serve chocolate malts (coz according to google only some cold stone locations offer malts). They said what, I repeated myself coz i talk quietly sometimes maybe they just didn't hear me . Bro was like "a chocolate malt? melt? Ummm and how do i make that?" Like? Ur the one who works at an ice cream shop not me. But i digress.Got a milkshake it was good Definitely a chocolate milkshake. Don't know how that could really go wrongAlso they handled cash with the same gloves they handled food with lmao. Total food service nono

Info flash...Rocky Road basically consists of: chocolate ice cream, some sort of nut (typically peanuts) & marshmallows. Variations are Snickers chunks, caramel, dark chocolate ice cream etc. If you don't know a basic recipe, you should have a file. Otherwise good spot for a fix.

Ice cream alright. But I got I great education on early chinese and Japanese history and the politics of reform along with political eras started by "bazillionaires". Very educational. Would recommend if you're looking for a good laugh.
Coldstone is pretty good but it’s kind of overpriced a small ice cream cost like $7 but they put a lot of toppings and the ice cream is really thick

That is supposed to be strawberry blonde. Not too sure I will ever be going back here again. There are absolutely no toppings. She barely made enough to fit in there THEN put plain strawberry on top. I overpaid for basic strawberry ice cream I could have gotten at the grocery store. Thanks Cold Stone.

Had good service. They were friendly, got our order done quick. Didn't know what to order but it came out great. They were out of waffle cones so .. sad face, but they still had waffle bowls so win. Solid field trip with the kid and friend lol

Don’t order delivery from the cold stone website. We received a text from doordash saying someone must have stolen our order. Called the store and they could not refund the money. He said come in when it was convenient and they would remake the order. Like they would remember this…
