We went in and there was a really long line that kept growing and only 1 employee. MATTHEW...was absolutely amazing. He was so patient. Very calm in the chaos and tended to every single customer. He didn't let the busy affect his work in any way. His customer service and kindness was phenomenal. Keep up the good work Matthew, you are going places sir.. - from a GM of another company..

The ice cream is great but what you REALLY need to go to this cold stone for are the people. Customer service is fine but the employees are FINE, I’m talking absolute stunners. If you go for anything go for the perfect cheek bones and the perfectly trimmed facial hair good GOD. I’m gay and even I can appreciate the way these men look at me. This is the most Yassified cold stone I have ever been to and I am so thankful. Praise the lord blessed be

The staff is rude. Leaks in ceiling dripping down into ice cream. Look up at ceiling when you go in!They are so lazy that they close off access to the tables and bathroom so they then don't have to clean them. So you are stuck standing to eat. The garbage cans are over flowing .They NEVER take their gloves off --NEVER change them--take credit cards, cash, pick things off floor, empty the garbage,and don't change them.

Well the employee(s) working that day decide they are not going to contact me in anyway to let me know they did not have the ice cream or the addins. They waited until my driver got there to them them they (the Dasher) apologize when it wasn't her fault the ppl working didnt what they were doing. Long story short NEVER GOT MY MILK SHAKE AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY

Not worth it considering the price. The place looks gloomy and sad. It doesn’t give a sweet ice cream place vibe! The small cone is so large that my blood sugar has increased by 10 fold. What happened to the good old fashioned ice cream ice cream shops where you could get a cone for 39 cents??! Nixon would have never allowed this. God bless America!!!

Ice cream is great but staff acts like they hate being there. I asked for extra peanut butter and was told that I had enough. It wasn't enough and cost $8. For that price, let me have what I want.

Completely rude customer service. My partner and I went in to get ice cream I already knew what I wanted because I get the same thing every time. But my partner wanted to try one of the already customized specials. When she asked which one of the specials with toppings in it and everything is kind of like a reese's the employee was like the reese's regular ice cream. Which okay whatever but then my partner tried to explain what she meant but was completely cut off by the employee. Then when we went to check out the same girl was our cashier she says it's going to ask me a question (for tip) I answer it then my chip doesn't work which it hasn't for a couple weeks. I try a couple more times and try to tell her that the chip doesn't work is there a way to just do the tap. She then proceeds to say you have to answer the question and insert the card I re tell her what I have already told her and she just completely ignores what I have said. Finally I just cancel the transaction and use a new card. Because I am so over it. This girl was just very rude, almost incompetent, and seemed in a rush when there was no need to be. Definitely will not be coming back. And that sucks because we love cold stone.

Went there today and was virtually ignored by the 2 young women working there. I had to say hello for them to even make eye contact with me. I had to wait at least 10 mins before I was given any service! Other people walked in and one of the workers told them she'd be right with them. My husband and I were NOT happy and gave each other a very puzzled look, but I wanted ice cream and he was treating me. I never had any problem when I would go to Cold Stone before. This customer service is rather lacking in basic tact and respect for certain patrons! Not going back! Don't like being ignored when we're spending money in an establishment; it's just gauche!
My boyfriend and I come here every now and again. Last night we went in and got ice cream. The employees had almost the entire lobby closed off to clean and mop early. They were also only accepting cash last night. I and happy to say that the employees last night were nice, but usually it is just random if we get someone who has good customer service.

Coldstone is some of the best ice cream ever especially if you’re not a huge fan of soft serve. I really like their dipped cones. The only thing is they are definitely on the pricey side. They also have the best birthday cakes though my friends got me this one and it was extremely good
