I don't often leave reviews. However, I have time today. I recently visited the 3960 location Dairy Queen, located on Archer Rd. I had one of the worse experience,I've ever had in years.I drive for one of the delivery services as a "side hustle."However,full-time I'm a CSR lead trainer for over a decade. Upon my arrival, I greeted one of the associates standing at the front counter. I unfortunately, misplaced her name. However, She's a young white female with blue tie dyed hair, pulled back into a ponytail [as shown in photo] I proceeded to show her my phone of the customer's name & order, I was picking up. She was rude, condescending, and had a bad attitude before I even opened my mouth. I'm not sure if she is having a bad day, bipolar, racist, or all 3 combined. I can only come to that assumption, being that I was single out from all the other patrons who were not of color. She was so loud and rude for no reason. One of the other associates had to tell her to calm down. I was literally picking up 1 Blizzard for a customer. Our interaction should have been brief. However, it was time consumed and unpleasant. Multiple customers/friends have told me they've also experienced the same attitude with her. So apparently, she's the issue.Date 3/18/24Time 9-915pm

"In the Dairy Queen on Archer Road, from the moment I arrived, the employee Maliyah Smith maintained a negative and arrogant attitude throughout the time I was placing my order. I asked a couple of menu-related questions, and her demeanor was extremely unpleasant. It seemed as if she didn't want to work or assist me. For this reason, I will no longer be visiting this establishment."

This only picked up because of an automotive emergency when I had to stop. After the last experience I had at this store, there is no way I would ever go

Dairy queen that’s weirdly tucked into a Gas station. The place looks quite dirty, but it’s just a standard dairy queen dessert menu. They only serve treats (ice cream, blizzards, etc.), not food like some other dairy queen’s. If you’re in the mood for dessert, this is just like any other dairy queen.

This being my first time ever at a Dairy Queen, I am very impressed with how they care about their customers. I have food allergies and they went above and beyond to make sure there was ZERO cross contamination! Cudos to you guys! I’ll be referring many people to y’all!

this dq location is so frusterating. its in a gas station with an arbys. if you order online you still have to wait in the regular line to get your togo order. they didnt put whipped cream on our oreo hot cocoa blizzard and the pumpkin pie blizzard had 0 mix-ins.
