I stop in for their brisket sandwich. It’s delicious. I smoke a lot of pork at home and I go here for my beef fix. Great sandwich and friendly people.

Unfortunately, they don’t have half the items that are on the menu on the app, but there’s literally a sign inside encouraging people to use the app???I was also told by the person working that they can only order $1000 worth of food at a time so that means they end up sold out of a lot of items before their next shipment.Honestly, I just left and went to Top Hog.

Manager is rude. Hangs up the phone on people. Can’t refund an order of over $200.00 because he’s too stupid to do so. When you ask for an upper manager he hangs up. Do not eat here. Go to Sonnies. or any other BBQ place. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

The manager cancelled my order of over $200 because the didnt have enough bags.. and proceeds to argue that they cant refund any of it. Absolutely a rip off. I wouldnt trust this place AT ALL. Ive never been to buisness that thought its ok to cancel and keep the money. SCAM of a restraunt.

Worst food I have ever tasted in my life . Coleslaw was gross , BBQ beans are not BBQ , rids are so over seasoned and it's pecan pie taste like plastic, and when I ordered I said No CHEESE IM ALLERGIC TO DAIRY with out looking I eat a bite and in about 2 minutes my stomach hurts I started itching and began to vomit to find chesse on the top of my sandwich. To only then be hit by my EpiPen Thanks for a great night DO NOT EAT HERE. THE ENVIRONMENT WAS COLD AND LADY HAD NO CLUE AS TO HOW TO BE A MANAGER WHAT SO EVER . I WARNED YOU.

We ordered the XL deal for our management team. The staff at this location stated that it would feed 12 people but when we got it, it did not. We had to wound up ordering another box to be able to feed everyone. We were very dissatisfied with this meal. The portions were very skimp and not filling and the price was way too much for the amount you got.

My encounter with this restaurant happened to be through doordash it was a terrible experience it seems as if they set all of the overcooked dry chicken wings to the for dash how disgusting when we're playing twice the price of the they also left food out of the bag that was paid for. I'm still looking for a reason to give them a second chance.Parking: The location is great for the HOME DEPOT plaza employees + other in the comm'unity to grab a quick.

Waited for 10 minutes at the drive through-gave up and waited another five at the window-then was told the manager gave everyone the day off and he was alone-at 1pm lunch rush. Couldn’t wait any more. Need staff!
