I understand that things happen and restaurants can be understaffed but after an hour and seeing online that my food had been out of the oven for 45min, I called and was told it would be at least another hour before the one driver could even be heading out with the next batch of orders. They said they didn't call bc they were swamped.Then I asked about a refund and they said just know I'll receive it but there's no way to verify that I'm getting one... I just will in 3-5 business days bc it's "like a Domino's policy or something".Dreadful that they would not be afforded backup staff or trained to be able to make adjustments regarding how many orders they are filling. (This is either the time to have all manager hands on deck to pick up slack or scale back, pausing online or call center orders or something).Shame.

The business next door happened to be a church, this business had no common decency to try and keep their music down or anything. If they treat their neighbors in the strip mall like that, think about how they treat your pizza.

The store employees are Gross the cook is constantly wiping his hands on his shirt as hes boxing up pizzas. And the staff was too busy chit chatting to realize pizza came up in the window to hand out to the customers that were already waiting for them

Ordered 2 pizzas for carryout and the cashier Kristin was wonderfully polite and had excellent manners. She not only confirmed my order but followed up with me on an estimated ready time, and the pizza was delicious. Fast, friendly, very clean, and hot and flavorful pizza. 10/10 would recommend.
