I've been going here at least 3 times a week as a UF student and the coffee and donuts are ALWAYS good. The service is always super nice and helpful if they accidentally missed something (which is rarely ever).

My favorite Dunkin in Gainesville. My food and drink is always ready quickly, I really like all the people working there, and they've never gotten my order wrong. I usually go there once or twice a week and I've been very happy with my experience.

i ordered an iced coffee today and there literally wasn't any coffee in it. before the drink was handed to me, i saw it was made and one of the staff said "oh yeah there wasn't any coffee beans in that" to the one who made the drink and was holding it. then after that little convo they decided to hand the drink over to me, sans coffee, knowing there was no coffee in it. it also is visibly obvious considering it is white. thanks for the milk and cream ? 4 stars tho bc love dunkin.yes i did still drink it perhaps for some placebo effect but this only proved further there was not a drop of caffeine in that drink

Girl with glasses kinda cranky. Ran out of almond milk and oat milk at 8:30 am.... Coconut milk was def expired there were floating chunks in my latte.

I pre-ordered a couple dozen donuts and coffee jugs with a sandwich... I looked into getting this from one closer, but service was terrible/non-existent! At this location they were super awesome!!!

The shop is owned by lovely family that welcomes the visitors.Has nice decor and welcoming people. It is located very near to campus and serves standard Dunkin stuff in unique shop style.Doesn't look like a usual Dunkin

Professionalism and sanitation are completely absent at this Dunkin' Donuts location. When I arrived, the employee who would eventually take my order was lounging outside on her phone smoking cigarettes like a chimney. She didn't bother to wash her hands prior to preparing my order.Another employee was kicking boxes in front of guests to move them near the disposal area. The employees are made up of Gainesville's finest, its not the most welcoming or inviting experience.Due to size, this location has a much smaller, niche menu so don't expect much. Only reason for two-stars was the timelines of the service and location across from UF's campus.
