district manager Cristiano that overlooks Gainesville should be fired.This Dunkin needs to be shut down. I was so loyal to this store but it is TERRIBLE. And you better have 30 minutes to spare in this drive thru almost anytime you go. I just got halfway through a drink that I had to say two times was to be made with oat milk, and it was made with whole milk. Going to be sick for the rest of the day because of these people that do not care about their customers. I only went back bc i was given a gift card from a friend.***I ordered a bunch of stuff for me and my coworkers a few weeks ago and they had literally nothing that we wanted for donuts, and my drink was wrong. I should’ve accepted a refund right there but I was like whatever they’ll still enjoy donuts, and my 30 minute break from work was almost over. I needed to get back. The donuts were dry and hard and stale and no one would finish one. I called and asked for a refund and they said you have to come in. So after work that day I went in, and as I was waiting in line, where no one was being helped (a long line, and there were ppl in drive thru) i watched the manager clock out. (another person that genuinely should be fired). when i was finally helped they said the manager just left for the day and i have to come back at an earlier time. WHY WAS THIS NOT TOLD TO ME ON THE PHONE?? I wasted so much time waiting there for nothing. So i called customer service. After like two weeks I got a voicemail from the regional manager. I tried calling back and leaving voicemails two times, and now it’s been like 2 months and never heard back. I texted the number asking for a refund after that. Nothing. I’m disputing it with my bank, and i am never, ever going back to this hell hole. Worst Dunkin ever. Worst customer service ever. I’m physically ill from this dunkin. Thank you guys.

Great service! Ordered via the app and food was prepped perfectly, ready for pickup, and in the end tasty.However, as with pretty much all fast food these days, shrinkflation is a thing. For a little over $30 it didn't go a long way.Drive thru people beware, the location is a bit treacherous. Recommend turning right off Archer Rd onto SW 34th Ave, then making an immediate right into the drive thru lane that way. I saw a couple poor souls trying to find a compassionate person already in line to let them in, but I for one wasn't him, having waited in line behind a good 6-7 cars, especially not for the one just sitting without a turn signal like some goofball (but, I digress).

Edit : I finally got to the window @3:10pm and could someone please explain to me why there are only 2 ladies and 1 gentleman inside working. The gentleman was in the drive thru lane and once I came up. CLOCKED OUT AND LEFT. Keep in mind there is a WHOLE LINE behind me that have been sitting just as long as me. It’s RIDICULOUS.Original : If I could leave 0 stars, I would.I placed my order around 140pm, sat in the drive thru. Only 5 maybe 6 cars in front. No problem. Why have I been currently sitting in this drive thru line for over an hour it’s currently 2:58pm. It’s ridiculous. I placed a mobile order thinking this would be faster than being trapped inside their tiny lobby. guess not. They’re keeping cars at the window for almost 10 minutes. I’m not sure what takes EVERY SINGLE CAR, 10/15 min at the window.They need to step up the pace or hire a new staff. I don’t think I’ll be returning until then. I have NEVER seen anything like this and I’m a loyal to my Dunkin coffee.

We were super excited that finally, another place was 24 hours and decided to get some donuts.Upon opening the box, I noticed that a couple of donuts were wrong, and that was a bit of a letdown, but it is what it is. What has led me to writing this review is the quality of the donuts. I purchased a custom dozen donuts and a fritter, and all were hard, dry, and stale.I've never experienced receiving donuts like this before, and I'm disappointed that we were so excited to order from here.
