“The employees are all very curious. This location has a drive thru which is a huge perk! They do occassionall get the orders wrong. Receipt will show it input correctly, but it will sometimes be prepared incorrectly. They have gotten better with this and are always willing to fix things and make it right. Sadly, unless we open up everything and check it, it can be an inconvenience, especially since the house is 15 minutes away. That said, this is my goto spot for quick subs in Gainesville. We are there or at least use their drive thru at least 2x a week or more.“
“Well, the drive thru is something to be desired, very narrow and you can see where cars have hit wall in drive thru. The girl who took our order was very pleasant, friendly, and courteous. The food was tasty as always, i opted to try a salad this time as i am watching my diet..lol. They did forget the pickle with my wifes sub, so she wasn't happy. There are a lot of sandwich options in Gainesville, this franchise has alot in town this one is about average , lately though the service has been better.“
“I had personally had a DoorDash order that had arrived to my home and wasn’t very acceptable. I came to the location they were having a very busy day, And management without question gladly remade my sandwich without even being to take a look at the original sandwich I was given. I do believe the manager had mentioned his name was Elijah, The staff was extremely nice and understanding, and had absolutely no issue fixing my sandwich. The manager alone, and how he handled the situation completely changed my mind on if I’ll eat at firehouse subs ever again“
