I ordered a take-out order and it included some cinnamon rolls that were honestly full of fat. It was my favorite place.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the girl with purple hair (I didn’t catch her name) was very helpful, she delivered quickly and had nice manners. Nice girl! Pizza was amazing, as always!

Pizza could use some work. Good crust, but sauce was acidic. Cheese was not grated and stringy like it should be. It was in small clumps and not consistent. Servive was great and owner a great guy. Just needs some tweaking...

Just called to order a pizza and I never completed the order because the guy that answered the phone was rude so I hung up the phone. The location is on Tower Road and the time was midnight 1/27/24. I like the pizza there but I will never order from there again if I have to deal with rude personal

We ordered pizza tonight from the 75th Street location. When we ordered at 5:25 pm we were told it would be 30-35 minutes for delivery. After an hour my wife called to check on the status of our order. After waiting on hold for over ten minutes an employee comes on the phone. She advised him of the issue and he quickly stated our order is coming out of the oven now. My wife explained to him it was already supposed to be delivered and what was the delay. The employee responded "we are busy." My wife then asked to speak to the manager due to the less than helpful employee......after being placed on hold someone picked up and then hung up on my wife. She called back again and asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold again. Finally, the manager picked up after what seemed like forever and my wife explained to him the issue and the fact that the pizza now was ordered 70 minutes ago. He responded it is on its way and my wife explained to him that was not the issue. The issue was we were quoted 30-35 minutes and he quickly stated it was 60-90 minutes. My wife informed him this is not what we were quoted. She also stated that he may need to inform his employees of the time it is taking because we would have made a different decision then to order from them had we been provided with accurate information. The manager then got smart with her stating we have different people answering phones and coming in and out of the store. My wife again asked if it is that difficult to provide accurate delivery times? The manager then stated "what do you want me to do about it?" I then got on the phone and I told him I wanted him to do his job and be a leader in the restaurant so customers are aware of their delivery times. I stated it is all about communication but it obvious he was lacking since no one knew it was 60-90 minutes. I told him the least he could do is provide a discount on our order since it has now been 80 minutes and still no pizza. I left the manager with a few choice words due to his lack or care, professionalism and customer service skills and the fact that he refused to accept any responsibility but made sure to blame his employees. I told him he could keep his pizza but it still showed up 95 minutes after we ordered it. Five Star will no longer be an option in this household after numerous years. We have to many other options but we try to support local but this local shop lost out. The owner needs to take a serious look at the leadership of this manager as he is lacking skills in numerous areas that is in turn costing his business money and the loss of customers.

By far, the best value for your dollar when it comes to delivery pizza. Other places give me heartburn or taste too sweet. The sauce is the key there, I think. They are amazingly fast, to a fault perhaps. My only suggestions to rate higher would be:I often get cold and undercooked brownies. They used to be warm and soft upon delivery. When I order vegetables like onions or mushrooms they are often raw, even if I ask for, "well done."And, now I want pizza!!!

Great staff. Great idea (counter service in a college town). Quick to get our pizza. Just unfortunately not very good pizza. Still had a great time stopping on our return to Tampa (from ATL). Met up with a good friend. Wanted something close to 75 and we got that. Cheers.
