Flouthern catered a friend's party. Their jerk pork belly was the best bbq I have ever tasted. It was flavorful and had a deep smoke ring. It melted in my mouth.The side dishes were very good. My favorite was the collard greens. They were in a sauce that was tangy and spicy.
