They jumped on my last minute order with the request to make them Formula One cupcakes. Not only did they get it done on time (and they looked awesome), my son and all his friends said they tasted amazing. I would highly recommend them for all your specialty dessert needs.

I called last minute from Northern Virginia with a request to make some Formula One cupcakes for my son's birthday. The folks at Gigi's pulled off the request and all my son's friends thought they were the most excellent cupcakes. I would highly recommend them for all your specialty dessert needs.

Honestly have had much better cupcakes elsewhere, but these aren't bad. The service is quick and the workers are very helpful. It's a cute little place. I just think it's overpriced for a so-so cupcake.

My friend ordered vegan cupcakes for an event. These cupcakes fell apart as they were set up. One of the icing colors was so strong people had that color in their mouth the next day. I can only say do not go vegan at Gigi's.

The cupcakes are pretty good and the shop itself is cute and clean, but the staff is consistently miserable. They barely ever greet you, they aren't helpful and always act like your presence is either annoying them or inconveniencing them, and are quick to run to the back as soon as the transaction is over. I have to tell them I need a box, ask for cutlery myself as if it's not their job to offer, and they always act like I'm ruining their day when I do so. They sure are quick to ask for a tip on the tablets though and scowl at you if you don't leave one. I've never been inside a shop full of delicious things and such a happy, bright atmosphere be consistently staffed by the most unwelcoming and grumpy people.

I've always had a plaeasent visit but today wasn't. Carla onething I do is listen for a greeting. In which you didn't. In which I understand your were with someone. That's why I waited. You were really bubble and excited with her. So she left and you still didn't greet us. You then stood there looking like you didn't want to be bothered by us Aro Americans. You acted like we did something to you with your nasty attitude. And definitely didn't disrespect you nor Holly. Holly you came around the corner looking like we discussed you. It's sad that you're more happy too see and talk with the woman that was more your complexion than someone who's complexion is a few shades darker. I hope yal day gets better. And I use to at least go there at least twice a week for different occasions and people not anymore
I appreciate that the cupcake frosting wasn’t overly sweet. It was good. They do have a nice seating area inside, as well as outside.

A little pricey but what isn't nowadays. Really good cupcakes definitely worth the extra penny. Staff always in a good mood. Very good seasonal flavors as well

We ordered a specialty cake for our daughter's 18th birthday. The Box they sent her home with was three times the size of the cake it, had a tent over it smudged the cake decoration. The flowers melted off the side in the hour and a half drive because the box was too big to put into a cooler. They can charge top dollar for cake but cant afford the boxes designed to fit the cake. Smh
