Highly recommended at the depot food park or as vendor for your wedding :)

Pizza was okay. Took 30 minutes on a slow night. Stupid wait time and the staff wasn't real friendly. I can get better pizza for half the price. Probably won't go back.

Just flat out the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Was under cooked, cost 16 dollars and was about the size of two slice from dominos. ( not that I would want more than that) avoid

The food was delicious. It was great to have tasty vegan options. My kids loved the vegan deserts that were offered that day. The vegan calzone was great and very filling I saved half for my lunch the next day and it was just as good. Looking forward to trying the weekend brunch next

It’s hard spending money on food you did not enjoy one bit. The mozzarella bites were underwhelming. The garlic knots were gummy and WAY over seasoned. I couldn’t even finish them. The caprese salad was small & over seasoned just the same. The pizza was ok, but taking a bite was challenging because the whole thing of cheese slid right off when I did so. I hate to leave a bad review, but I really feel like this restaurant could make some serious adjustments to their food.

I tried out Humble Wood Fire's pizza trailer at Depot Park when my sister came to visit Gainesville. She had been following their Instagram and wanted to get it. I ordered the Greek pizza, which included kalamata olives, feta, pepperoncini, mozzarella, and red onion. It was about the size of a dinner plate for $12, which I wasn't thrilled about, but the flavor was great. It had a perfectly crispy wood-fired taste alongside the sweet tomato sauce and salty feta. While it's not enough to fill you up if you're starving, it certainly is tasty and worth the trip to Depot Park to check out.

Best garlic knots ever. Beware though, the garlic will stay will you for days, so if you love garlic, definitely buy these. I’m from NY and I haven’t had garlic knots this good since I was home.

Excellent pizza as always. They were out of my favorite (the Berliner) but the Margherita and pepperoni were super good. These two pies fed 6 hungry kids with no complaints.
The concept is cool, in practice the quality just wasn't there. Went on a slow cold night and the staff didn't say anything to welcome me or offer choices. My interactions were with a POS kiosk. Ordered a basic margherita and a hawaiian which took ~10 minutes. Both of the pizzas were well cooked on the outside but the middle was just dough and undercooked with the cheese just falling right off when picking up a slice. Honestly received better service and quality from Blaze. I was hoping to use them for a catering event but I just wasn't impressed with the timing and quality. Better luck next time.

Humble Wood Fire catered our wedding last weekend and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. We were expecting the pizza to be good, but it was fantastic!! Everyone at the wedding absolutely loved the pizza. It was perfect!

Good pizza but nothing game changing. I really didn't like the arugula on the pizza. This could have been my fault as I was late to grab my pie so they reheated it. We ordered the white pizza as a snack (pies are about ten inches big). The cheese and the sauce were very good but that cooked arugula kind of killed it. The crust was crispy and the dough was decent. I think it's a good food truck but if it were pizza, from a pizza place, specifically I'm not sure it would be my favorite. I would like to retry without the cooked arugula as that would have made a massive difference.

I'm a transplant from the northeast. Near New Haven, Connecticut- pizza capital of the north. Having said this I was extremely impressed with the Humble wood fired pizza! Best pizza I've had so far in Gainesville. I loved the fresh ingredients and most importantly the sauce- which is the key to a great pizza. The owner informed me they will be opening a storefront soon. They now work out of a truck. I will be back for more.

The pizza is delicious! The scenery is amazing too. I wish they had better soda! Blue Sky tastes weird
