The manager at this store is abusive, the store has high turnover because of him, and any lags in customer service or food quality all connects to his behavior. As soon as workers get an interview, they're required to do work off the clock, unpaid, memorizing the menu, which is illegal, and the mistreatment just snowballs from

I've experienced poor customer service at this store. I order delivery for lunch frequently. Out of the 4 orders I placed last month, 3 were delivered in over an hour, and I'm located across the street. I called the store once about the long wait, and the woman that answered offered to apply a credit to my account. I never received the credit. Today, I placed my 5th order since September 5, and I had to call to have it canceled due to the long wait. I informed the woman on the phone that I wasn't looking for any credits or free food, but I advised her that their customer service needs improvement.

Delivery driver was to "scared" to open my gate to get to my front door . He took my number down wrong so he couldn't call me to let me know to come down. I had to go to store to find all this out but since it was after hours at this point, they couldn't remake my food. I'm more just confused why he didn't want to open the gate... their are no beware signs or anything like that sooo ??

Usually love this place for a quick sandwich, but I ordered for delivery and the guy arrived to my door in a bike with his food gloves still on. He was over 40 minutes late and pestered me multiple times for a tip instead of leaving.What really bothers me is the fact that one of their employees rode his bike to my house with his food gloves used to make the sandwich still on. Then going back to make sandwiches with the same gloves after touching the bike handles, door knobs, and more while delivering.Beyond disgusting. Can’t bring myself to go back there ever again knowing how unsanitary they really are.

I love jimmy johns, don't get me wrong. I have been here multiple times and it hit different every time. However, the last time I was there at roughly 12 pm (prime lunchtime) they said "sorry we're out of bread". Im sorry... WHAT?! you have one f****** job and that is to make delicious sandwiches. there is no way that by 12 pm they were out of bread for the day. Today, my friend just texted me that they are out of bread AGAIN at 12 f****** pm. ARE YOU JOKING??!! I have to laugh because what the hell. but anyways avoid this jimmy johns it's a waste of time. I can't imagine how many more people they said "sorry we don't have bread" and how many people laughed in their face. you are a DISGRACE JIMMY JOHNS UNIVERSITY!!!!!
I absolutely love this location .everyone is so friendly quick and my food is always correct as I ordered it .I would recommend this university location over any other location in town
