Not fast at all. Edited and added a star because as usual the sandwich was amazing.It took 10 minutes. The two working today 3/29/24 around 1:30 pm had no manners and no cust service skills. No smiles. No thank yous. Whatever it is that they have to say when we walk in sounded begrudgingly mumbled. It's not difficult to hold workers to this behavior (e.g., Chic Fil A, Publix, Trader Joe's).

An African American lady called Lilly just had the absolute poor customer service attitude. We went in there to order one sandwich, and a box set sandwich for myself. Another Caucasian lady had already gotten onto building up the box on the prep line, but Lilly asked me if I wanted a box or a bag. I said the box is okay, due to not hearing cleary through her mumbling speech, and her making it sound like she would have to go to the back and open up a new case of paper boxes. I was told by my fiance afterwards that the Caucasian lady was already prepping my meal with the box half way made. It happens all the time in this South portion of the country. I just moved from Japan, so I had no prejudice for any of the states that it is in the US. I have been to California, and never been screwed over by any customer service establishment. That goes the same for any of the northern region like Verginia or D.C. Doing the bare minimum is one thing, but it was very upsetting to me that Lilly caused her fellow employee extra work, just because she wanted to be lazy and unhelpful. At the end, Lilly gave us the sandwiches bare, without the bag, when SHE WAS THE ONE WHO ASKED ME IF I WANTED THE BOX OR IF I'M OKAY WITH JUST A BAG. when we asked if we could have some bags, she just pointed at the stack of paper bags on the counter, on her end of the acrylic divider, right in front of her stomach. She was lazy and so rude till the very last second of the interaction. It is honestly sickening that we had to start off our day with a person like her.

Good sandwich after I had them redo it. Got my sandwich to go. Found out after I got home they left the meat off. They gave me the wrong sandwich. When I went back one girl was very nice, the female making the sandwich implied it was my fault for taking the wrong sandwich. When I picked it up a different girl handed it to me. I doubt I will return to this location.

Great guys working tonight! Very kind, generous, and respectful. Fun to talk to-even the kids enjoyed them. Bathrooms and restaurant clean. Fun atmosphere. Highly recommended stop in your travels or if you are a local.

The employees especially the ones working the drive though are busy on their phones and could care less about getting the order correct. I paid cash to the young girl working the window and never got a receipt--I wonder if that went into her pocket. Sandwiches made wrong. Not worth the effort to drive around and wait to get it right. Last time to eat there.

I don't recommend a dine-in experience at the Jimmy John's Butler Plaza. I ordered a veggie unwich, which is basically a salad, and they did not have any utensils. They prepared it with mayo on the bottom, so the result was an extremely messy experience. The employees were not at all apologetic- simply said they have no utensils - which is also an ADA issue. Also, no toilet paper in the ladies room. Seems like cost cutting measures (or maybe just dumb decisions) have made this a poor option. Very disappointing.

Subs so slow you will starve to death! I'm writing this as I've been waiting in the Drive-Thru for 12 minutes. Might just leave at this point. It's now been 17 minutes and no one has even opened the drive-thru window.

First time trying it asked what sandwich had most meat they recommend the jj gargantuan and it was definitely delicious. Very clean place and nice service ? recommend it.

Went through the drive through to order.. the young lady taking my order was very soft spoken and I couldn’t hear her and I don’t believe she could hear me! After repeating my order several times I asked if she wanted me to pull up to the window… at that moment another voice I assume the manager interrupted and started yelling at me and with a Rude, Harsh and Loud tone was very unprofessional and impatient… treating me if I had done something wrong by simply stating my order! Not only was it uncalled for how she spoke to me… I received my food and all of the ingredients for the sandwich were dumped out outside of the bread and she handed me a drink that was less than half full I asked another young lady could she please add a little more soda and she did.. This is definitely not the customer service I am use to at this location!!! All I wanted was what I paid for and not to be yelled at and treated like this! Not only do I come here once a week other friends and family come and we all get sandwiches at this location on the regular! If this is the kind of service you all are training employees to give… I will go elsewhere!
