I have been going here since they have opened and have loved it. Their breakfast sandwich was always my favorite for breakfast. I ordered one recently and the size is much smaller than it use to be. It would take two to fill me for breakfast now. Their pastries are good but they generally depend on the easy stuff like chocolate chip cookies and brownies to fill their case. I can make these at home pretty easily and these are such a boring standard. When they kick it up with babka, tarts and croissants, their quality really stands out. They need to improve on size of product, price and variety.

I miss their old building, this one is small and cramped. There are two outlets for like 15 seats. Food and coffee is good though.

Everything we had was delicious. You have to love a fully vegan menu and organic ingredients. It's refreshing to go to a vegan restaurant that doesn't use the impossible or beyond garbage.

Best cold brew coffee I’ve ever had. The baked goods selection is immaculate and the people there are fantastic.

I moved from Virginia to Jacksonville and in dying here. We only have 1 vegan bakery!! So going to Karma Cream where they have dessert for dayzzz and some food too made my heart happy. I can't wait to return ? Thank you GainesvilleVegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian friendly they serve real honey as a syrup option for their coffee so beware that the honey is real and therefore not vegan.

The place seems very judgmental to me and attracts a certain demographic of people. First time, I got an allergic reaction since I didn't know pecans were in my dessert, so watch out for allergens since they do not say what has nuts and what doesn't.Second time, someone stole my order and they did nothing about it. Thankfully, they remade it, so it was fine, but it's difficult waiting in line trying to get the attention of the staff since they're busy talking with other staff off the clock. It's not the best place to study in my opinion since it's very crowded, loud, and tight.I bought the club sandwich. If you're vegan and don't know what a regular club sandwich tastes like, then you might like it. In my opinion, I couldn't eat it... it was one of the worst sandwiches that I've ever had in my life.On another note, people do stare. A lot. They also tend to stare at you if you're sitting and they're in line. Maybe it's a local coffee shop thing, but if you're introverted and like your space as well as club sandwiches that aren't sour with tofurkey, this is not it.The iced coffee was good. That's about all I got from Karma Cream. Otherwise, I felt uncomfortable & unwelcomed.

My friend and I really enjoy having a tasty breakfast at Karma Cream. Wonderful food, the coffee is the best, and it's perfect for an early morning connection and conversation.Update: I love this place. The vibe is great, the food and coffee are delicious. The staff is super friendly, a little spacey, but it's all good.
