So I have raved about this place. I have told coworkers friends. I spend a lot of money with them. The reason for the one star. Is because LATELY when I call to order someone immediately puts me on hold. And NEVER EVER comes back to the phone. As I type this I’m on hold and I have been on hold for 10 minutes. As a loyal customer that’s always spending money and always tip I am disappointed. This is literally the 6th time this has happened in the past month or two. So it makes me not order from them regularly like I usually do.

Very clean, not busy at all at 4p, friendly, fast service, lots of seating and pagers to notify when ready. Eco friendly packaging available. Horchata and tropical juices on tap. Easy parking. Passed by Santa Fe and finally stopped in, glad I did! Cool they have Peruvian options, I tried the lomo saltado. Someone complained about salt, order light salt or just understand what marinade or this style of food is. My was steak very tender, rice and onions were fresh. I personally didn’t like the wet fries as much but that’s the style of that dish and was trying something new.

Went here to try their food for lunch. I got the chimichanga with yellow rice . I was looking forward to the guacamole. When I started eating the rice was dry and a bit grainy. Chicken in the chimichanga was very dry and when I went up to get some pintoes to juice up the rice and get my missing guacamole I was told they were out of guacamole . I won't be back

Stopped in for lunch & was pleasantly surprised. It was good enough we decided to order dinner as well. I got the 2 chicken family dinner with black beans, mac-N-chez, Coleslaw, and yellow rice.. We are a family of 7,(some times more)with VERY persnickity eaters... they ALL enjoyed their food! I fed 7 people for UNDER $40.00!! Service was GREAT! Food was hot & fresh! We will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank You, The Curry family.

Didn’t even get to eat my food. I had an hour lunch break and I waited in there for 40 minutes before I decided to just leave. I only ordered a half chicken meal with two sides. Disputing the transaction later on tonight.

It took over an hour for my food and I ended up having just leave to go back to work. Don’t go there is you have a lunch break. You will never get your food.

Tastes really good, and food seems more healthy then other places, leaving you feeling refreshed but not overly bloated or full. I had the chicken tacos and they were delicious. Will be coming here more often.

Ordered basic menu items. Order came back wrong, when asked, the server/cashier left the counter, went outside and took the plate from another customer to bring it to us. Covid?????

The location is nicely appointed and the staff was friendly and attentive so for that they get 2 stars. But the food is absolutely the saltiest food I've ever had. This was the 3rd time I've eaten there I had their arroz chaufa (Peruvian rice) and their Carne asada with Mac and cheese. Both entrées were just super super salty. Which is a shame cuz without all that salt or seasoning or whatever they use I feel like it would have good taste. But seriously I feel like I need to drink a gallon of water to get rid of all this salt. Eat there at your own discretion but as for me I'm not going back.

Delicious, but feels healthy compared to other fast casual dining spots (no clue if it actually is), and affordable!
Portion size on chicken is ridiculously small. Never seen such a small quarter chicken and will not give you a decent size when you point it out to them. Don’t go to this place

Food was fresh and delicious. Closest thing to the food I grew up with I've found since I moved up here.

Prices were pretty good for the portion size. The chicken in my burrito was a little dry, but the flavor of everything was very good over all.

I've lived in Gainesville for the last 12 years, and it's always hit or miss to find good latin american food. Ordered takeout for the first time today. Arroz con pollo and maduros. The maduros were fat and perfectly firm and still sweet. The arroz con pollo reminded me of eating at a friends house for lunch. Bowl was packed full, the shredded chicken was in large chunks and plentiful, seasoned well. The taste wasn't overwhelming, but I don't consider arroz con pollo to have a flavor other than home and comforting. Glad to have finally given them a try, excited to go back!
