Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible attitude. They consistently have different hours than posted on their app and you will show up to a closed store. Avoid the frustration of this store. They charged my card and I never even received any food.

This particular McDonald’s is the best in town by FAR. I live super close so we’re there more than we probably should be, every single time they’re very friendly and the food is served hot and fast. Not sure who owns this one or if it’s a franchise store but every employee there deserves a raise.
Stopped by for a quick bite before a market. The staff was polite, the food was hot and best of all, the whole order was correct.

I ended up craving some McDonald’s after a long workday. I came to this location with high spirits. We placed our order through drive-thru and I ordered nuggets with 3 honey mustard. I checked the bag and only saw 2 so I asked for the 3rd assuming they rang it up as I had asked for it. The cashier ended up telling me I had to pay for it (which I would have been more than happy to do because I know it costs extra since I too work in the industry of food) but to pull all the way back around and wait in line for you incompetence is ridiculous. I asked for 3 honey mustard and if you didn’t ring me up for how I ordered that’s on you. I asked for a manager all to find out that the manager was the cashier. I work in food service too and I could never imagine being so rude to someone over something so small. Lady, give me my honey mustard and I will pay for it. But you are the one who didn’t ring it up. I ended my conversation with her by just simply saying “ do better”. If you’re managing, do right by your company and not to mention the people who pay your bills. As a General Manager, educate the staff on how to deal with small situations like this. The staff in the morning so always so friendly, but I would rather drive to another location that’s not close to me just to avoid this kind of rude behavior. Do better with your training, but especially with your management.

McDonald's, east university.My order was shorten. The supervior or manger on the evening shift, as it was approximately 6:30 pm, today. 1/11/24, was very rude, unprofessional and surly. The young lady at the window was very polite and apologetic of the order mixup. She need to be the manger or supervisor I was told by the manger to either go back through the drive thru or walk in and reorder the missing items. The manager, needs further training in management procedures and customer relations. She did not try to remember that she is there to be polite to customers or how to treat customers that she is PAID to serve.

This place is ridiculous; the manager was chasing people in the parking lot, yelling you got the wrong one! When I made my order plain, the fish sandwich came out with sauce. She told her employees you did it right. He made a mistake. When I showed her the receipt, she said well, it didn't come up on my back screen. At no time did she apologize. She just dropped the bag on the counter and walked away. The other employees must follow her lead since they all have terrible attitudes. Please avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Mcdonald's is not cheap, and to then get treated badly and disgracefully on top of that.

I ordered the popular Double cheeseburger, what a mistake! The bun was hard and the burger looked like someone stepped on it. Never go to this McDonald's again. I have been in McDonald's Restaurants all over the world and I would truly say this is the worst!
