I ordered a kids nugget meal for my child and when he opened the nugget container it had old Mac sauce in it. No Nuggets. My burger also had hard peices in it. No telling what that was.We were to far from the restaurant to turn around and go back to have it fixed.

Placed an order after being told on Google, on delivery apps and the official McDonald’s app that the store is open. I fully paid for my order beforehand using mobile pick up and once I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that they were closed, would not be open for another two hours. I was also told that they would not be able to provide a refund for me and I would need to go through the app and contact customer service directly to receive a refund. The store needs to change hours to reflect that, so I’m not put in situations (and others as well) where our money is being taken and we’re not not able to receive food or our money back for possibly weeks at a time. Or the employees at this store can do their job and stay open - because this is not the first time I’ve been told that they’re closed when their official hours shows open. I’m also filing a corporate complaint as well because it is downright ridiculous to have my money taken in this manner, I’ll never use the app again if this is how I’m going to be treated when I do.

I have been happy with mcdonald's since a child I remember going for those happy meals. And you know what? I will still eat a happy meal as long as I have a cheeseburger, Coke and fries. I'm happy. The toy is a bonus for me. Even though i'm fifty four years old, it still makes me happy

The food was great, but it took 20 minutes to get it, and then they forgot some of our food. I had to go back in, and it took 15 more minutes to get the 2 cheese burgers that they forgot to put in my bag.

The cheeseburger that I got the cheese was dried the burger was hard it was horrible and I witnessed a woman being treated horribly and almost ran out of the restaurant as she was waiting for her companion to show up to eat I myself and my disabled husband were treated with disrespect. I have never felt more violated and mistreated I used to manage this store I don't know why they would treat their customers with this disregard as we never did when I was employed there. I am told it was a lady named Daryl she's very short lady with glasses and long hair she made a comment about our service dog and she made a comment about a lady messing up the bathroom which was uncalled for the lady did not mess up her bathroom. I cannot believe Jackie and Daryl have allowed this Miss Alicia the GM that I am familiar with would never of allowed this.

16 mar 2024:Made purchase via app.After checking in at drive-thru, was instructed to “wait at the third window.” Waited 20+ minutes.Went inside, saw that I’d be waiting a long time to speak with a staffer.With a pressing chore at home. I had to leave without my order.And I have a charge of about $13 on Paypal.Two days before, I used the app.Breakfast service gets cut off sooner online than at the counter, a fact I learned after the app accepted my order and I drove there.(At least the Paypal charge was cancelled.)
No care in a good quality product, customer service is no longer a thing, looks as though someone threw my burger like a baseball. And you want $15 an hour. You are not worth it. Sorry. And when do breakfast hours end? Sometimes 1030. Sometimes 11. I know good help is hard to find.

You got to start paying people in these positions more money. Otherwise you're just going to get a bunch of unmotivated useless pillagers that are just waiting around to mess people's orders up. Nobody's going to be a good cook or good lineman for almost 10 bucks an hour. Pay these people more and hire somebody who can actually hold themself to a professional standard people you have in there right now can and will not and I don't blame them for being paid barely enough.
