Ordered two Sprites and when we got them it was only soda water in it there was no syrup. So went into the store and the girl behind the counter said just go choose something else we didn't want anything else first we wanted Hi-C they said they were out of it then we got the Sprite and it had no syrup in it so we tried a different soda it also only had the soda water in it we asked him to change it and she gave us a big fat lip about it like our is she still standing there and the answer was yes we wouldn't leave until we actually have this soda changed out so that we could actually get the drink that we paid for horrible customer service if I was the owner of that McDonald's I would be really concerned about the employees who work there who just send business away we actually observed Uber food delivery and doordash deliveries having the same type of sodas filled up and sent out the store to customers without the syrup being added into their drink the girl that was working there that evening should have been fired!

Service was absolutely horrible, literally waited 35 minutes for one iced coffee. None of the workers were putting any effort into their job. Literally 15 customers were all waiting behind the counter just waiting on thier food. None of the workers cared nothing about customer service.

I got stuck 2nd in line at the drive thru this morning at 6:20am. Waited over 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged the drive thru. I understand they may have been short staffed but at least say "we'll be with you as soon as we can". Horrible customer service.

This was the most unfriendly and unhelpful McDonalds I have ever been to. I tried using my app and kiosk to order and couldn't modify a kids burger to add cheese so tried to get attention from one of the many people bagging up food with no avail. Then went through drivethru and got attitude there as well. Then had to go back inside and almost yell to get someone to give me what wasn't in my bag. At that point there were several people not getting help at the counter so I basically forced an employee to pay attention to them as well after I got someone to come over. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I would give 0 stars if possible. The worst service. Ordered a McFlurry and waited 25 mins before even getting to the window. When I did I was charged for the wrong order and had to fight with the staff for 30 minutes trying to get a refund. Got one and didn’t even get my McFlurry I just left. Staff didn’t want to do their job and were trying to tell me I might not get a refund bc the manager didn’t want to come over to do it

The food itself is good and the first two times I was here, the service was efficient. However, I waited TWENTY minutes for a single order of large fries today. Our first order (3 sandwiches) also took around 10 minutes. The employees here are very inefficient, curt, and irresponsive.

They are not open 24 hrs!!! They will let you sit in the drive thru and not even acknowledge you, nor will they answer their phone!!!
