While trying to order my morning coffee, the person taking my order was yelling at other employees and this could be heard blaring through the drive through speakers. Food was fine but very unprofessional service.
Drive-through is extremely slow. The orders are wrong and have to repeat it sometimes 3 times. Then, at the pick-up window, the employee is very friendly but the order is wrong and has to be corrected. This has happened too many times. I would venture to say that management needs to be proactive with the employees before putting them in a position to take orders and cook.

I just had the worst McDonalds experience in all 35 years of my life. I arrived to the drive thru with 2 cars on front of me. After waiting nearly 30 minutes to reach the second window, I was only handed my drink and told my 2 burgers were not yet done. I asked for a refund. The manager was incredibly rude to me and called me “stupida” to my face. if the restaurant cannot operate with a few people in line she should close it for business.
