Such a fantastic coffee shop in the Downtown area! Love the mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Really lets you take advantage of perfect weather outdoors. The people working here are super friendly and helpful, and they give some great suggestions if you're having a hard time deciding what drink you want. The Nitro Cold Brew is really excellent. Silky smooth, it has deep flavors that makes for both a refreshing drink and one that gives you a nice boost of energy to wake you up. This may be my go to coffee shop in the area in the future. Excellent job! :)

I ordered a ham and cheese croissant at opus innovation. I felt the outside of the bag and it was cold so I said “is there any way you can warm this up?” And they just said “oh, we have a policy that once the customer touches it we’re not supposed to take it back” so I asked if they could make me another one then and they said I would have to pay. I understand the policy of not taking back food once the customer touches it, but also I have never had a ham and cheese croissant cold and never been somewhere unwilling to remake something the customer didn’t like. It was just such a weird, off-putting experience.I was going to sit there and eat it with my coffee but instead I went home to microwave it…

This was my first time visiting opus coffee at this location and this is probably be my last time coming it's very ridiculous that you charge me $3 to for coffee and then you tell me to fix my own coffee if that's the case I might as well go to the regular places I go to like a gas station get my coffee for a $1.80 if I'm going to fix it myself. I was not impressedHe took the vanilla flavor put it in my cup and told me to fix my own coffee after I paid $3 for a small coffee Don't waste your time or your money
