This is honestly my least favorite coffee in Gainesville. Maybe it's just me but I do not like the brew, it's just too sweet. But their seasonal drinks are always very cute and the location is great to study and chat. If I liked the coffee I would come here more often!

Tried Opus for the 1st time today and loved it! I got a medium apple cobbler iced espresso ($5 before tip), really good- not too bitter or sweet. The wait wasn't long and the workers were super nice. I'm excited to go back!

Super polite staff, clean location, good variety of snacks.It’s hospital coffee, Stick to the very basics, so you won’t be disappointed. Because all of their fancier teas & matchas are terrible. (Honestly even the vanilla latte we ordered was a let down) I feel bad for the workers/students that have no other choice. Absolutely abysmal if you’re looking for a morning pick me up. Save your money.But if you have NO other choice, just get something frozen & drowning in sugar to cover up the quality. Good luck!

Up and back to Gainesville and all I got was coffee...at least it was good coffee! Took a quick trip up to see my son and he was at Opus when I got to town. So close to campus. This location offers plenty of comfortable seating and lots of work space to study. The coffee is fresh and there are lots of options. My son had a macha tea and it was good too. Staff was friendly. Just a nice little place to meet and if I was a student, a great place to study!

Opus has some of the best service, taste, and consistency of all the coffee shops in gainsville. i love their batch brews and flavored coffees, and for those of you who are cold brew fans they've got you covered!

Normally the girls at opus spring hill are great but this morning was less than ideal I get the same thing every morning but this morning it was a awful experience. My cup was over filled dripping down my cup and tasted nothing like it normally does I was super disappointed

Coffee was ok, but tables were filthy. I asked for them to be cleaned. Someone came out, but seemed upset I asked. Cleaned two tables, but others were left unclean. Two people had to go outside to have their drinks as a result. Didn’t use any type of sanitizer .. appeared to be a wet rag. Food and debris on floors. Uncomfortable during a pandemic. :( Disappointing considering it is in Shands.

I'm sad to say I used to enjoy visiting opus when I was in town because the employees made me feel so welcomed. As of recently, I noticed more and more employees leaving because of poor management and in turn, the service and my orders started to suffer. For years, I would see the same happy faces but now I see less and less of them. I can't support a business where they exploit employees.
