Poor customer service , was not only the first but the second time we’ve come into this location and they have like 8 people in there that all act bothered at the fact they have to work , rice was undercooked. Jan was by far the worse one in there and had the worse attitude. She was rude from the minute we walked in the restaurant and was not pleasant. Limited food, and bad service

Seriously do not recommend this place. Ordered 4 bowls and a small side entree. Asked if it was Togo or here, when I said here the manager gave me a plate of the entree which barely had anything on it then gave us Togo bowls.... so why did you even ask. I went back through the line got a Togo small entree and put it on the plate to show my husband there was barely anything on the first plate compared to the Togo small entree container.

Dissatisfied with the response, I decided to cancel my order and headed to Jimmy John's for a better dining experience.

Ordered delivery beverage never made it. Upon opening meals ordered our daughters meal looked to have a long coarse white/Grey hair in it. This was our second time eating from this establishment and unfortunately our last.

I love Panda Express because you can get so much food for not that expensive and it tastes so good their veggie spring rolls are really good. I usually get a bowl with chow mein and my favorite entrees are the honey walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef I also like Panda Express because they have healthy options.One thing I will say is I feel like you get kind of scammed when you get the bigger plates. My boyfriend always orders a bigger plate and I get the smallest one, and when you dump it out on a plate it doesn’t seem like there is that much difference in the amount of food

Location is great. It took 3 different people to take my order at the drive thru. They are rude. I had to wait over 20 mins, then had to go inside. The mag, said he was told my order went out already. Never again will I go there. The woman was nasty at the window when I was talking to my kids, trying to order my food. It was just bad experience. I was told move on at the drive thru because I was not ordering in the way they wanted me to place my order. .why do they call it a drive through. 11/22/23@'apx4ish'

One place I have never had a bad experience is at Panda. No lie I am probably one of top 10 people that has had Panda is multiple States and Cities. You can 99.8% of the time bank on it will be delicious. This experience far from. Over salted Angus Steak, super old and soggy veggies. My first time at this location wasn't good at all. I gave a 1 star, over salted, and sat on the line to long. Apple pies, how do you mess those up? When your grease is burnt and needs to be changed... I might give it another try later on in the week.. Just cause I know this isn't Pandas standard.
