If you want to be nice and pay for the car behind you, PAY FOR IT WITH CARD otherwise the managers will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!I used to work for this exact Panera store. Some of the staff were really friendly, but a few of the managers are very dishonest people. One time a woman came through and asked to pay for the person behind her's food as a bit of random good Samaritan kindness. I checked her out and then one of the managers came up to me and asked "You didn't actually use her money to pay for the person behind you did you?"I told her I did, and then I was reprimanded and told that if someone comes through with cash and tries to pay for the car behind them, that I was supposed to just pocket it and split it with the rest of the team working that day. Because "They're coming to Panera's. The people here can pay for their own food". I told her they payed with card and she said "Oh. Well I guess there was nothing you could do then," as though that somehow made a difference.That experience, and a few others have left a very sour taste in my mouth for this specific Panera location. I know not everyone that works here is like that. There's a manager named May that is particularly friendly and was not (to my knowledge) dishonest, but more than one of the other managers here would blatantly steal from their customers and that to this day still bothers me.

Just stopped in to place a catering order and was told by the nice young lady at the register that both managers are on break at the same time and no one would be available to take my order for about 20 minutes. Disappointing maybe these two managers shouldn’t be managing.

Customer service was excellent! The woman at the register knew some customers by name and was genuinely interested in everyone. Also, one of the best breakfast sandwiches I ever had. Very easy to customize on the kiosk.

I placed a rapid pick up order and didn’t realize I ordered it for the Archer road location. I showed up and realized what happened. The employees and manager were super helpful and helped me cancel the previous order and start a new one. Such a great experience. Thank you guys!

Let me start by saying I helped open this store in 2015. About a week ago I came by for lunch and ordered a u pick 2 and a cookie. When I got home I realized they didn’t put the cookie in the bag, and figured of course they will just give me one next time I come by, like any decent restaurant would do when they’re at fault.I came by today and explained the situation and was told by the brunette female manager on shift that since I didn’t call about it or have the receipt, there’s nothing she can do and then walked away. Very unprofessional and rude way for a manager to treat a long time customer and former employee at the restaurant. I hope upper management realizes the lack of customer service being given at this store and counsels the managers on this. Something as small as a cookie is the reason I will not be coming back.
