Wednesday evening was our first time visiting this local sandwich shop since a co-worker recommended it. We ordered our food using 1 of the 2 quick order kiosks. We ordered 2 shredded chicken croissants without the sauce, 1 Thai tea 25% sweetness, 1 Taro tea 25% sweetness, and egg rolls. It was really busy (about 20 people already in the restaurant waiting for their food when we walked in), and more people were coming in, so service was expectedly slow.It took about 20 minutes for the egg rolls to be ready, and that was provided first (my husband was confused since he thought the rest of the order was forgotten, but unlike other restaurants' take out, Paris Banh Mi will sporadically give you what's ready from the order and not the whole order all at once). The teas and croissant sandwiches were ready after another 15 or so minutes.The order was correct, and the egg rolls were excellent. The sandwiches were a bit on the oily side for us (maybe it's the butter?), so it wasn't as enjoyable as it could've been. I liked my taro tea, but my husband said that his Thai tea tasted watered down compared to my tea. Not sure we'll have the sandwiches again. Might be back for more of the delicious egg rolls ?Hope they can figure out a more efficient way to handle takeout orders since giving people parts of their orders can be confusing and while we were there, others were also mystified at first when only their drinks or appetizers were given to them without the cashier saying it was only part of an order.Side note: parking here is very limited during dinnertime and I suggest walking here vs. driving. Also, during our visit, there was only 1 cashier taking / handing out orders so it wasn't enough staff to handle that amount of people. We felt bad for the person since they also seemed frazzled. Thankfully, there were 2 other employees that walked in just as we were getting the last parts of our order so maybe the short staff issue was just our luck that visit.

Multiple bakery items with mold. Found two trays of moldy items. Gave the tray to the employee at the front desk. First time she whispered “thank you.” Found MORE moldy pastry items, handed her another tray and kindly asked that someone inspect the items before customers accidentally buy something with mold. The employee said “I already told my manager. I’m not sure what else you want me to do.” The lack of freshness with products on display concerns me. The lack of initiative and urgency to go through the items concerns me. Imagine what they have going on behind the counter if that’s what the bakery items on display look likeI used to really like this place! Not sure if management changed, but ever since the restaurant renovated the quality and service hasn’t been the same

As soon as we walked in you are hit with the smell of bad cabbage.“Spicy Mayo” is nothing like spicy Mayo and is sweet.When your food comes up it doesn’t come up at the same time. For instance I ordered a sand and my girlfriend and child ordered corn dogs. My food came up before theirs and I was called to pick it up. For whatever reason a party of four had their food delivered to their table, but I was forced to come to the counter and pick mine up.

I usually get the rare steak pho here and it’s pretty good! I always miss eating Vietnamese food, so this is a great place if you want to satisfy your pho craving. Also I enjoy the boba teas with crystal boba here. The atmosphere is awesome to hang out in or study at. There’s outlets to charge your laptop and free WiFi. One of my go to study spots when I want to switch it up.

I had it for the first time and the grilled beef banh mi sandwich blew me away and the Paris by night signature drink was also so flavorful. Super nice staff too 10/10 recommend, will be eating there again!!

I would not recommended purchasing any baked goods from Paris Bahn Mi. I stopped by to grab a couple of pastries, and it wasn’t until after I left when I looked in the bag that I noticed they were moldy. The red bean pastry was stale and began molding on the opposite corner I ate from.

Meh, I'm from Orlando and have been to the other PBM. Thinking this may have been the same owners, I ventured here. It took a while for anyone to greet me to take my order but after I ordered it did come relatively quickly. Not as fast as other banh mi places though. The banh mi itself was probably the worst one I have ever had. The bread tasted refrigerated and was very chewy. It actually took a lot of effort for me to bite and chew it. Definitely not good eats. Ambiance was nice with plenty of seating.
I come here weekly and the service has always been kind. I recommend getting the Paris Fruit Tea as it isn’t too sweet or very light either. You can always request for less sugar, which I would get for the other fruit teas. The grilled pork banh mi and the croissant version are also both really good. The baguette is soft and crunchy, meanwhile the croissant is also soft and a bit flakey. I really like their pickled vegetables and I find it a nice to eat by itself or how it is inside the banhmi/croissant. Unfortunately, they don’t offer dairy free milk teas, so I cannot give much of an input on those. As for the tapioca pearls they taste okay, but it lacks a firmer soft chewy texture and could be made or stored better. Lastly, their bakery goods are not the best. They taste better if you have it along with a beverage than on its own because they can often be dry.Overall, their service and food/drinks are both good and there is always improvements that can be made cause no one is perfect and that goes with businesses as well. Recently it looks like they added pho, so hopefully I can try it sometimes soon!

Went in this morning, got a couple dessert items that were great! Very rich desserts in the case, fresh pastries still warm in baskets for customers to look through. Best boba!!! My 7 year old got one, loved it,, but 10 minutes later set her cup down, and it was spilled. Staff was so gracious about coming and helping with the mess, and they even remade my daughter's tea without being asked. Great customer service! Both employees were so kind and personable to my kid.Store is very clean.I've been a couple times before, and though their food isn't cheap, it is delicious. Lots of different flavors to choose from, different cultural influences and there is something for everyone.More people should go here -- it's a hidden gem.
