The best latte this close to Haile! Pastries are delicious too - the quiche is my favorite. They always have vegetarian quiche options, which I appreciate. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Looking for a cozy spot with delicious bakery pastries and drinks? Check out Petite Uppercrust in Hail Plantation. Though parking is limited, there are a few designated spots behind the cafe. The cafe has a homey feel and is within walking distance of a Publix shopping plaza. I tried the egg style muffin and Strawberry lemonade tea, which were both pretty standard. However, the customer service was friendly and welcoming. The area is quiet and neighborly with light traffic during the mid-day.

Amazing and addicting bread. I prefer this location because it's smaller. I also recommend ordering for pickup 48 hours ahead of time so that you always get what you want. The one thing I do not recommend is their coffee as it doesn't taste very well. Nevertheless, it's a bakery not a coffee shop so it still deserves it's 5 stars. ?

The friendly & helpful service is just as excellent as the bakery goodies.?

It was my 3rd or 4th time there before I realized they sold featured wines by the glass. I guess I was too caught up in devouring my pastries. Very pleasant staff. A Petit Patisserie for sure.

Had the pleasure of coming to petit uppercrust for the first time! It is so cute and has the perfect French essence. Our server Beck was so kind and gave us a dog biscuit on the house! It’s beautiful to see what Ben the owner has done with the place. Make sure to come early so all the delicious goodies don’t sell out!

The pastry is delicious, although be prepared for paying high premium prices. But the place persist in a chronic identity and organizational crises. There has been an effort to make it a local cafe, but serving baked goods and coffee drinks in paper cups and boxes is environmentally irresponsible. It also deprives this Uppercrust of any cozy spirit. It's hilarious to see distinguished local ladies digging with their plastic forks into the depth of paper boxes to get into quiches and cakes. The usual excuse from the staff is the absence of time to serve otherwise on busy days, but that's fast-food mentality, and the priority given to the owner's convenience and effort to save a few bucks on water and electricity. There is also a striking chaos behind the counter due to a poor organization of work. Consequently, just a few customers often wait for their few items for far longer than they should. The working people there are mostly very nice, with the exception of one lady, perhaps. She would let you know that "this is just a bakery" if you point out that paper cups for coffee is not the most elegant experience in an expensive place. The industrial fan howling above customers' heads on the front porch does not help.

The sweet pastry tasted like they had onion powder on it. The café just smell rancid it smelled like spoiled milk/cream everywhere and the guy behind the counter look like he hadn’t taken a shower in a month and then wash his hands then touched his face / picked his nose before grabbing stuff. It was absolutely disgusting and I didn’t really have much of a selection. This made me sick my stomach. just walk down the street and go to Publix bakery !

I have to keep this anonymous since a family member was a former employee, but Upoercrust has incredible benefits that we frequently had to use.Sure some of the leads and managers aren't always in the best mood but the vibes every employee gives off is infectious. Shout-out to Rachel at their Pétit location in Haile because I always leave with a deeply spiritual smile as soon as I see her. Much love, Rach ?❤️
