Google says it’s open but I went there and it’s clearly closed and not operating at the location next to Moe’s anymore. Perhaps they moved locations and forgot to update it on Google.

Ashley helped me today and she was very kind and also offered vanilla ice cream as the base instead of ice. It was really delicious this way.

I went by at 1:30pm on a Thursday and no one was there even though the hours are 11am-9pm. Sadly, it seems like this a common occurrence.

Went in to get a smoothie at 2pm and the girls working in moes said they don’t open til 3pm when it clearly states they open at 11am.

I see I'm not the only one here with this same problem, but I'll say my piece anyhow.I was looking to make this a potential new daily stop after work, but it's really discouraging when you walk into an empty store (as in no other customers) and it still takes the employees 3+ minutes to even acknowledge you - and not even verbally - while they chat amongst themselves about personal whatevers. When they looked over at me and still didn't say anything, I just walked out. Does anyone actually work here?

Apparently they open whenever they want. Not at 11:00 like it’s posted. went to grab some quick smoothies and ended up standing outside for 15 minutes until the restaurant next door let us know they open up whenever someone gets there and it would likely be another half hour….never have I seen this happen at any other business. Very odd.
Went there on 2 occasions. First one nobody was there. Second one the lights were off and everything closed up at 10 min to 7 even though it said open till 9. Definitely don't reccomend it. I loved going to the location on archer rd till it closed.

I’m in town for a week and second time I went here. I was praying the same young woman who helped me the first time wouldn’t be there. Like a couple of the other reviews I read, there was no one there when I went in. I looked to the right and saw the same young woman in the restaurant next door playing with her phone. I asked her if she worked in the smoothie shop and she got up and made my drink, which tasted fine. On both occasions there was no please, thank you, smile or eye contact. In fact, I was treated as if helping me was an imposition and done grudgingly. Also, this time she charged me $5 something for my drink, whereas a few days ago she charged me $7 something for the same drink.This was at 3:00pm today, Thursday January 13, 2022. She is one of the worst representatives of a business I’ve ever come across and should be terminated, as she has no interest in treating customers with politeness or even civility. (BTW, she had very long fingernails.)

Several times now I have made the trip to this location and either a) no one is working behind the counter and I have to wait for a Moe's employee to come over and make a smoothie (and they have never been polite about it) or b) the Moe's employees don't bother to make a smoothie and just say their closed, even though they are completely slow and not making any burritos. Nobody seems to care about running a successful business.
