pizza was ready in 15 minutes, hot, good portion for price, and delicious. great outdoor venue with a communal atmosphere, stage for events, and plenty of other vendors around to explore - definitely recommend for a weekend afternoon

Cute restaurant in the middle of the 4th Ave Food Park. We ordered from their online app and were able to pick it up within half an hour. We did the custom square pizza with artichoke hearts, sausage, tomato, onion, red pepper, and spinach. The pizza was hot and fresh and so we decided to just take a few bites at their picnic tables before driving back home. Of course, it ended up that we consumed nearly the entire thing. My husband loved the pizza. It's pan-type pizza so the dough is a little thicker. I thought it was pretty good too, though slightly on the oily side.

Literally best pizza I've ever had. I typically don't like deep dish or super thick crust, but the ratio of dough to sauce and cheese is actually perfect. It's thick, crispy, and chewy. Get pepperoni, ricotta, and HOT HONEY. I never rave about pizza the way I do about satch squared

I've been to satch squared at least 20 times... but today was extremely disappointing and might have ruined one of my favorite Gainesville restaurants. We always call ahead to avoid the wait and today we were told it would be a 40 minute wait which then turned into over an hour wait. I went inside to check and see how much longer the order would take and they were sitting there ready. Would've been fine had we been told to wait inside but we've ALWAYS been told to wait outside. Needless to say it was quite frustrating. Pizza 8/10. Service 2/10.

Always stop at Satch while visiting my daughter in Gainesville. I recommend the pizza with honey and pepperoni. It is always good and consistent. Tried the waffles for breakfast and they were pretty good too.

This place was great. Ordered a pepperoni ham pizza and a basil, tomato pizza it was yummy. I like they try to be similar to Michigan based pizzas and have options like motor city that are close to like Buddys pizza. Nice affordable option in Gainesville.

Seriously one of the best pizza places in Florida! The pizza is Detroit style so it's squared and delicious. The crust maybe my favorite part about this pizza. It's crispy, buttery, with bits of crispy cheese all around it. I've got nothing but love for this squared pizza.

Nothing close to the original Chicago deep pan pizza's of the 70's. Pretty much a bread bowl. Could use more ingredients and cheese but less sauce. The sauce is very good however. Thank God the pandemic is over and you don't have the millennial twerps here shouting at you to PULL YOUR MASK UP!!!! I won't be back.
