I have been in to a few smoothie kings in different areas and this one I won’t be in again. The customer service on a Saturday day was not what I was expecting coming from Smoothie King! Just very rude and I get it it’s Saturday nobody wants to work but I have a feeling this is how they are any day of the week!!!

The location 2231 NW 13th Gainesville Fl I arrived at 8:40p the store was closed the worker with the long braids looked at me outside and turned away not saying we are closed there’s been an emergency etc.. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! I WILL NOT RETUN!! ?

Decided to give this place a go as I had never been, and they offered a free smoothie to Veterans.The smoothie tasted off and was very grainy.Service... well, the girl at the register seemed to lack any enthusiasm in helping us or answering questions. Her coworker, a guy that came out wearing flannel pajama pants. Yes, pajama pants! Matched her level of joy working there. He went to spraying out the blenders and then tossing everything from the sink to the prep station 6ft away. One toss missed and hit the floor. He picked it up, gave it a quick rinse, and proceeded to use it.While the drinks were blending, he put his hands down the front of his pants, scratched a bit, then adjusted his underwear and then his pj pants and kept on trucking.The atmosphere was depressing and felt dirty.I definitely won't be returning or trying this company again.They say you can't complain if it's free, however imagine if you paid and saw all this.

The customer service at this location hands-down is the worst customer service at any Smoothie King that I've been to. I travel all over the country and I visit Smoothie King pretty much anytime it's available but I am local to this area so I visit this specific Smoothie King because it is the only place that is close to home. Whoever is managing this location is not training their staff to be courteous welcoming and respectful like I said I visit this location often so I see the same employees acting the same way. You walk up to the counter and they will literally stand there without saying anything no greeting hi how's it going? How can I help you just straight silence and it's not just one employee it's damn near every employee so that tells me that the issue isn't just one bad apple it's the management it's the environment that the employees are creating for themselves. I went in there today and they were just sitting on their phones watching TikTok videos while I stood there, patiently, waiting for somebody to approach and ask me what I needed. Eventually, one of the ladies did approach and asked me what I would like to order. Overall, the smoothies are good. Seeing that they follow a strict guideline in preparing them. They can't really mess them up too much, but other than the bad service I have noticed that they do not wash out the blenders as often as other locations the blenders are extremely dirty at this location and because a lot of fruit is being used, that causes issues, flies, bacteria, mold things of that nature. I typically request that they wash out the blender before using it and preparing my smoothie.

Just left this Smoothie King without your 2 Açai bowls. Employee told us he was to busy to make the bowls because they take to long to make. Won't be back!

This review is for a specific employee, the young lady working on Sunday July 23 at 3:20pm. I tipped her before she made the smoothie, and she didn't even bother to fill the cup she gave me. She left 3 inches deep in the cup when there was plenty more to pour left in the blender. I asked her how much protein the smoothie had, and she said "we don't know". Yall gotta fire her she's lazy.
