Great family time at Splitz! This was our first visit and I can't say enough how helpful Nate was with ALL of our questions ? laser tag was a blast!

We spent over $200 to play 2 games (equivalent to 2 hours total) - we missed out on at least 30 minutes between the technical issues their machines were having and then they stopped our time with 10 minutes left on the screen with security screaming at the guests to go to a strip club because it was time for everyone to go.. so we paid for 2 hours just to lose 40 minutes and be basically yelled at.. lol 10/10 wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here.

Try one of the other bowling alleys in town. This place has gone way down hill. Spent $106 for two hours of bowling yet we had to sit and wait for over half of that due to equipment problems. Then they tried to move us across the room and split our group up. Took over 45 mins to get anything to drink and after getting my son a water from the car they told me he wasn’t allowed to have a water as asked us to go outside due to FDA regulations. Will not come back. Do not recommend this place. Definite disappointment.

I used to love this place. Had to use a private lane that was 50 an hour. Which was uneven and the ball went to the left on lane 27. The ball return stopped working . Walked up to order food and drinks , the food came then 5 min later had to walk up front to get the drinks finally. Got barley enough queso for half the chips they gave us so bought more queso. 10 min later had to go ask for my queso the employees were to busy talking and forgot. Then we went to play games and the got rid of all our food and drinks i had on the table with a bag we brought in. Bought medium drinks not realizing that free refills are on larges only. I used to love coming here but next time going to another bowling alley. The staff really dosnt care about anything at all .

We had fun but the pin machine kept knocking pins over and the computer didn't score several shots. The workers were nice and gave us extra time but we weren't the only ones having the same issues. The food was good. We had French fries and cheese sticks. Overall we had a good time although it's very overpriced for the equipment problems they have.

Went there today with my kids and wife after starting want to order drinks and food there customerservice there sucks we was the only table with all blacks thay was coming to the other tables so when we went to the bar the told us we had to wait for someone no on never came never going here again

After arriving at our grandsons 4 year old birthday party yesterday, I was shock to hear our daughter was told she could not bring in the outside pizza she was told prior to reservation that she could bring in. The manager Maddison Dollman did not treat my daughter with respect and was very unprofessional when dealing with this situation. If another employee (Nate) gave her permission to bring in pizza and cake when making reservations, then whoever is working the day of the event should comply with what she was told. Until this establishment gets better management and trains their employees to be professional when handling a situation, I would NOT use this establishment for a party. I personally believe my daughter should be compensated for the money she put out and for the rudeness and threats of calling the law made toward her. Pull your surveillance cameras and check on your employees .

We booked a birthday celebration for my sons 4th birthday. I was assisted over the phone by Nate who set up the mega bowl birthday package. I clarified with him that I could bring in outside food ect. Upon arrival we were stopped by the supposed manager Madison Dollman. She said that we were unable to have outside food even after being told by another employee we could. She said she can refund the money and we could leave even though the guests and my son were prepared for his party there. When we asked her If she needed to view the cake, she said it wasn't necessary and she already asked us to leave and she could call the sheriff's department if necessary. As a manager, she is unprofessional and has no communication skills.Also, one of the two bowling lanes did not work correctly and had to be worked on the first 30 minutes.I highly discourage anyone from booking any event at this establishment.

The laser tag was really fun but it’s pretty expensive. $9 per person for a 20-minute game. Also, the actual laser tag area itself was pretty small which makes it not as fun.

Went tonight. One dumb blonde at the front said a 1 hr wait. We agreed. The second dumber blonde added a 2nd hour. I told them both to duck off. They sux goat balls.
