The people that work here are nice, but they have no sense of urgency. I used to work at Starbucks and it’s taken a lot for me to write this. Whoever does the order isn’t doing it to match the volume of this store because they run out of products constantly. Either that or the store is experiencing massive shortages constantly, on which case, they should vocalize that instead of a handmade sign saying they are out of it. Horribly inefficient service. I've waited in line for over 30 minutes several times only to get my order wrong. Be prepared to wait for half an hour only to get an explanation that they "forgot" your order.
