We went in 10 minutes before close and started to place an order. Just to order a milkshake. Lady from the back rudely screams “we’re closed” she didn’t ask how we were or anything. I understand if you’re trying to go home. But there is better ways to talk to a person especially a customer. Then once we asked if we could just get a milkshake, she continues to yell at us for even asking. We were friendly and had manners, we deserve the same respect regardless. Even is she would’ve just said “I apologies were no longer taking orders” but she yells at us saying “no the machine is being cleaned, kitchen is closed” definitely will not be back. Take the time to drive an extra 15 minutes to a nicer location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. God bless them.

People are stealing customers card numbers. I reached out to the restaurant and one of the staff hung up in my face. They are rude and when you think of it that might have been the staff who stole it.

Will never come back. Ordered a burger, fries and 3 drinks with no ice. Fries were entirely emptied in the bag with few in the container. She gave us drinks with ice. When I mentioned it. She dumped the ice out and refilled them leaving pop all over the outside and on the lid. She tipped it handing it, getting it all over me and my car. Now there are stains and everything is sticky. Do not stop here. I heard her joke to other employees about not wasting the pop. Horrible customer service. She also did not give me a receipt. Avoid.

It's not the employees, it’s the restaurant itself as to why there are not more stars. Food and staff were excellent! Restaurant was clean, everything! However, what I absolutely HATED was the self checkout and the “you need a ticket for a drink”! They are taking jobs away from people who need it by replacing the front person and the servers who used to come out and so on. NOT OK! And can’t say it’s the homeless or people stealing drinks either because they used to bring it themselves from behind the counter. There is nothing wrong with customer interaction so quit trying to get rid of it!
