The staff needs the training to welcome customers. They all were shouting and chatting with each other and there was a large queue of customers waiting for orders. Even if you give orders from the kiosk I had to wait almost 25 minutes for my sub.

So slooooooooowwww. They weren't even busy, there was 2 people behind me and 2 in front and I still waited 10 minutes after my sandwich was finished to actually pay. Guy at the register walked away to gossip after the lady in front of me paid, I could have just taken my sandwich and left if I wanted to.

The person was confused and made me confuse with order and started blaming and yelling. It's okay I am not even complaining about the order just calm down and treat customers with respect.

Not fancy, but comfortable with awesome views of UF campus. The seasonal prices are so reasonable compared to nearby hotels! Includes a self service basic breakfast on each floor. Large balconies are fun!

Moldy smell, unhelpful staff, poorly lit rooms, uncomfortable beds. Great location for preview but awful hotel. Stay elsewhere and save yourself the discomfort. Hotel Eleo was much better, albeit a little farther away the center of campus.

My daughter and I came for UF preview . I was thankful that I picked by accident the hotel where orientation was being held . Unfortunately the bed was so hard that we did not rest the 2 days we stayed .
This is the worst subway I waited 30 minutes for them to get the wrong order they even fired someone is front of me

On the board they have a bacon egg and cheese listed as $5.69. I order, they charge me and then charge me an additional 1.50 for adding bacon. When I asked they said the 5.69 was only for an egg and cheese, even though the board and the receipt have it listed as bacon egg and cheese for that price. Food’s ok but I hear a lot about people getting overcharged there.

Used to be decent, now full of workers who simply do not care. Terrible service. Example: I went in today and they managed to do nearly everything wrong. They cut the bread incorrectly, spread the meat and cheese incorrectly, and when it was time to ring up, they managed to ring me up incorrectly. Go elsewhere.

This is the worst subway to ever exist. Every time I go I see different people working. Today there was a line of maybe 10 people and they had 4 or 5 workers and I waited over an HOUR for them to get through the line. They messed up my order and they took their sweet time with all the orders. They are not trained properly either.

Waited in line for 15 minutes then when I got to ordering the only had one bread selection and no tomatoes even though they had tomatoes displayed right behind them. I even asked about those tomatoes and they said they were rotten and only for display. I was overall not impressed with this subway.
