Every subway I goto in the AM I buy and wait inn line. But this one wear college students that wait on the bus in front of Subway. There closed there always closed before or open as the bus may pull up and miss there ride. And as a 54 yr old whos hungry. And going to work. That's the last time I stop because 8am is when they open..... $$$$$ there loss on many. I say this as what I see not what I know.

Sandwiches they make there don't look like they do in the TV ads. Far less meat. (Store in medical center is better, but too much trouble if I don't need to get medical services).

Experience is was pretty bad here , just wanted 2 subs . The manger had a heavy attitude about everything, said she couldn’t make my sandwich because of inventory…? I wasn’t getting anything crazy ? Was refused. went to the subway right down the road they made my food just fine ..? Wth is wrong with this place ? Do they even want business?

Ordered a footlong meatball sub and got a 6inch. Also ordered a chicken sub and got barely any chicken. Ate some of it because I thought it was all at the end or something—nope. Don’t order from this location.

The Subway at 1805 SW 13th St, Gainesville, FL 32608 is so awful I had to do this. There is one woman working there and she is so slow. I waited 20 minutes and there were only 2 people ahead of me and 1 online order. The lady was so rude too. She kept yelling at the online order guy to pick up his chips. Then she started coughing non stop. All over the bread she was going to use for me, the guy in front of me's bread. Gross. Then the real fun part. She said something like 'dont worry I'm not contagious it's just emphysema'. What the what? So nasty. I literally walked out. Pretty sure the couple behind me left without ordering too because as I was pulling out I saw them walk out the door and there is no way this slow woman made 2 subs in the time it took me to walk to my car.
I think they have renovated this place. Last time I was here it looked cramped and the lighting wasn’t giving a hygienic vibe. But now it looks awesome, clean and comforting. My only complaint is the AC is too cold…

Lettuce was brown, I didn't even order pickles because they were completely discolored and unappetizing. Bread was very salty in patches.

Prices are too high to buy tickets, and their train is always late. Lol. It's a decent hoagie, but they're getting really really skimpy over the years.

I enter the store, I notice I see no one at all, I go wash my hands and come back out & wait at the register. No one comes out , I’ve been standing at the front door for about 8 mins before I knocked on the employee only door , then the GENERAL MANAGER comes out talking bout she’s sorry , she didn’t see me & I been here well over 10 minutes waiting. she prolly was choking on something in the back cause idky she took so long , then comes out looking used up. Then the food wasn’t even fresh at all. This is the second worst subway I’ve left a review for. won’t waste my money here again. ?️
