Aside from long prep time, a great assortment of poke wraps and sushi to get your fix! Love to 80s video game decor - throwback to the good ole days!

Personally the convenience and freshness and consistent quality here makes me a fan. Not the least expensive sushi bowl you'll get, but certainly very high-quality, with a well run system for digitally ordering, or ordering on an app and picking up your bowl. I do wish there was an option to do half brown rice and half salad on the app. I'm finding I need to come into the store to make that request. And in an online order, I paid $1.50 for avocado that didn't make it on, but on my next visit they were very friendly about making sure it got added. Fast, efficient, good quality Poke bowls. it's becoming a habit!

If you love waiting forever & watching the workers move at a shockingly slow pace you would have an absolute blast here. The food is always great, but shivering inside is painful when you can see the employees take 15 minutes to pull apart two to-go lids.

I wanted something different. I try new places as often as possible. I ordered Uber Eats and when the food arrived I was overtaken by the aroma. I had a regular bowl w/ extra rice. I added many different things and I wish I could remember them all. And I was blown away. I'm now addicted. The food was outstanding and I called the manager the next morning to let her know. This is hands down my new favorite. I don't have pics because when I started I couldn't put my fork down. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Place has the slowest and inattentive workers. I walked in to pick up an online order and no one even looked at me. I watched them make my order extremely slow, not once asking me why I'm here or literally anything. Since you have the option of 3 different sauces, I called and made sure I could get 3 white sauces and they told me to leave a special note too. So I did. I get home and of course it's only one white sauce half full.

The name is very misleading for quickly deciding on a place to eat. It at least implies it's a Japanese restaurant, but it's simply not. But I honestly don't know what it really is it is supposed to be??? I mean, how can you mess up miso soup (they did)? The "egg rolls" and "dumplings" as they call them on the menu were definitely not Japanese style (harumaki and gyoza), but were more Chinese. Most of their menu is salad bowls??? Even their fountain drink machine has a huge "

I have eaten at Sus Hi a total of 4 times, all being amazing, clean, fast, and vegetarian-friendly. Many complain about having to order contactless, but I think it's health-conscious, so I also prefer it that way. Customer service and vibes are always so good here, too.

ordered a sushi burrito expecting it to be like a big sushi roll wrapped in seaweed, no it came in a thick flour tortilla and the majority of the burrito was just white rice. i felt like a three year old tried to cook a sushi burrito and that’s what they gave me. my friend who ordered a sushi roll was not even sushi it was just a pile of gross crab and shredded carrot smothered in spicy mayo. i truly wish i could return my meal

My first experience was questionable. Aside from the ordering (overly complicated by comparison and card only) the wait for 1 single sushi roll was nearly 20 minutes when I was alone on entry. While waiting, 2 other guests entered, ordered and got their food before me. Secondly, the portion was far less than expected (5 bites I think) for the price which was around $16 for their namesake roll (and the wakame salad I also ordered for an additional $4.50!!! for a tiny portion that was mediocre at best). It was half the size of a normal roll at a normal place and I was surprised. The quality was ok for fast food sushi but nothing that stood out or was special in any way. I will go back as a followup but not in the near future. Don't let this deter you from trying just don't go in with high expectations.

Ordered a bowl w/salmon and tempura chicken and various toppings for $10. Received a bowl of rice w/8 thumbnail size pieces of salmon and 2 smaller pieces of shrimp, a pass over of sauce and some carrot shreds! The sushi burrito was worse w/cucumber so old it was unrecognizable as cucumber, no sauce and tasteless fillings. I was a regular at the UCF Sus Hi and it was amazing!! This location is a major disappointment!! Will not be wasting any more money here…

My overall experience at SusHi was a positive one. The workers were speedy and the food was delicious! Sonata was very kind and made sure my food came out in a fast manner. I recommend trying the deep fried chicken and steak burrito.
