I was going to give this place a low rating but the customer service is what changed my mind. I ordered right before they closed and they forgot my steamed vegetable dumplings. I called them but it was too late; however, the owner called me the following day to apologize. She was very sweet and said I could pick up the free dumplings plus credit. I got 3 rolls with my order I loved the veggie rolls, not so much on the salmon veggie roll. There was too much rice and was extremely sticky. I would come back again though for the dumplings because they tasted great and look homemade.

I'm not expecting lavish chunks of tuna but holy crap this is embarrassing. Don't charge people $7.47 plus tax for a roll with very little tuna. What a shame. Some of these pieces have pencil eraser size tuna pieces. Stop being so cheap.

The sushi rolls have a really small amount of filling. The rolls were 75% rice. Previous reviews have pictures of rolls with a lot more filling, so I assume this is a new practice. As for taste, not bad but not good either. The thai tea was also very sour and tasted spoiled.

I've tried to order delivery from your Tower Rd location like 3 different times. Literally every single time I get an error "THE TIME CHOSEN FALLS ON A CLOSURE/HOLIDAY". It's 1:15 pm on a Friday, not a holiday, and my address is within the delivery map.Do you never wonder why you don't get online orders? We're frustrated and you're losing probably a ton of business by not having a working site.

Sushi did not taste fresh. There is always a long wait. Teriyaki chicken roll tasted terrible. I usually get it all thr time but this time it tasted like canned chicken.

Repost from my University review: Ordered from the franchise on Tower road and they charged me 3x for one order. Ordered from the University location and my payment 'didn't go through' and an employee informed me that I'd have to pay again in-store. If there is a competitor with vegan friendly options, please make yourself known.

This has always been my favorite place to eat in Gainesville!Edit: now that they’re under new ownership, it’s literally impossible to tell when they’re open. It’s not specific on their website and nobody answers the phone. I only order from University now. The online coupons only work for University now too.

Great service and friendly staff. Quick to get out food.I had a poke bowl. It is a good amount of food, but I do not care for the warm rice. Generous amount of the spiciest spicy mayo I have ever had.I think I'll try a sushi roll next time.

Although the food is good, it doesn't make up for the fact that this location has repeatedly left items out of my order for delivery. Moreover, you can never reach them via phone because their line goes straight to voicemail every time; after you reach their voicemail, you can't even leave a message because it's full. I have got in contact with their other location every time this has happened—in hopes that they could help—and they at least answer, but 50% of the time they aren't able to reach them either. Steer clear from this location, or just always opt for pick-up and never use their delivery system.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Was told driver locked keys in car. Got warm seafood brown avavodo and mushy wontons. 45 dollars on food we didn't eat. No offers of compensation and tried reaching out to a manager with no luck. This was our weekly lunch place and though we understand times are hard right now customer service should still be a thing.

7/21 I ordered online and PAID! Then get there and the doors are locked and no one in the building! Ridiculous how these people run a business. Let's see if I get my $ back or not since it was pre paid.
