This is the second tie we had a steak cooked wrong last night. Then instead of getting the next steak cooked, 35 minutes later we get the steak, no concession, just oh we’re sorry…don’t eat here terrible! 58 dollar terrible experience.

I'm not sure where to begin. If you prioritize good customer service and accuracy in your food orders, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Our server, Ramsey, provided exceptionally poor service. We had to involve the manager to address all the issues. Additionally, two of our party members were military visiting Gainesville for the first time, and receiving such treatment was truly embarrassing. I have no intention of returning to this location or Gainesville if this is the standard of service provided by college students, and I say this as a fellow college student.

To whom has never been to this location, don’t come. The service is really bad. I personally had a problem with the service last month which I addressed it to the Manager at the the time , and this Saturday when I came back to meet up with my friend , I got approached by the same manager however he was very nasty with me. .

One thing you can count on at Texas Roadhouse is that the steaks will be good. I ordered a 16 oz steak. It was tender and delicious.

Entree was good, Caesar salad had no dressing. Used to enjoy their Caesar salad, guess no more. Waitress vanished until entree was delivered by another server. Couldn't ask for dressing or return until entree arrived. Be a long while before I go to or recommend Texas roadhouse. Very disappointed ? ?

Wow! What a letdown from previous visits. The music was too loud for mid afternoon and the fried onion thing was greasy and upset my stomach. On the positive side my steak was cooked the way I requested. Nevertheless, it will likely be many months before I return to the Gainesville location.Vegetarian options: Why would a vegetarian go to a steak restaurant?
