Full transparency. I had written this place off years ago. After my visit tonight, it’s back on the good list. Party of 5 started with Mac and cheese ball appetizer. Excellent. I had pizza style chicken parm and Jess had parm crusted chicken. Both were great, but hers was the best!! Kids all liked their dinners too. Ended with 5 different cheesecake flavors. All good but the coconut cream was by far the best. Rounding out was our server Helena. She was friendly, gave good advice and extremely attentive. Best service we’ve had in months. Can’t wait until school starts in the fall so can visit again.

UPDATE: The amount of chicken wasn't stated on the menu so I assume it was served properly. No reason to send it back or contact the manager. Just a warning for others it's not a protein dish. My bigger complaint was the suggested tip amounts. Why do you show suggested tips based on the taxed amount? We don't tip on taxes, yet you suggest it. Please comment on the reason why you mislead customers into tipping more?ORIGINAL POST: The food was OK, I was hungry so I ordered the “large“ lettuce wrap platter for $20. It was a lot of lettuce, some other veggies, and four little strips of chicken. Did not realize it was so little amount of protein.The suggested tip amount on the receipt wants you to tip based on the total including taxes, which is wrong. Taxes go to the state. Customers should be tipping on the food and beverage total. Unimpressed with this tactic of cheating customers into tipping more. Do better.

Like many local restaurants. Unfortunately, the toothpick factory has gone downhill with a majority of the rest. They don't care about sending out cold food. They have.No comprehension of good customer service.That is such a Disappointment. No longer do I recommend they have gone way downhill

The drink prices are not listed in the menu . They are overpriced in my opinion vs other restaurants for comparable cocktails . The margaritas are definitely small and prices higher and served in a rocks glass rather than a margarita glass .There are not enough vegetarian or vegan options but the Thai lettuce wraps are what I make a point to come here for . One of my most favorite dishes anywhere .Vegetarian options: Only a few selections

Food was fabulous!! Only wish was to be able to eat it all. Service was just as good. She was so knowledgeable about which food best fit our appetite.

The food, atmosphere, and service was exceptional. The fried mac-n-cheese was top tier! My steak was super tender, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. We ordered 4 different kinds of cheesecake, all amazing! I will say that it is pricey, so be prepared, but definitely good.
