This place is a total waste of time. I have tried it 4 times, none of them fantastic, but I will only focus on my last and final visit. My waiter was very intoxicated. Like so intoxicated you could probably get buzzed on the alcohol coming off his breath. It was a day that was very clearly posted as having pianos playing according to their website, however it was a total ghost town inside. No pianos, no other customers, and maybe three employees, none of which seemed to care at all about doing any work.Ordering a app, 2 entrees, and 2 drinks took entirely too long. Getting the waiter to notice us was impossible, and when he finally arrived everything seemed to confuse him. After about 35 minutes our entire order, food, drinks, and appetizer all arrived at the same time, were thrown on the table, and the server just literally ran back to the back. The food was awful, I'll call it 'overcooked', but it was all basically burnt, which is crazy for fried food. The drinks were a joke as well. One beer was flat, and one was 70% head. I'm guessing they changed the keg in-between pours? When we were ready to leave it took so long to get someones attention I was ready to just walk out. The extremely surly bartender eventually rang us out, the entire time making very sure we knew that it 'wasn't her job'.I complained the next day to a woman who claimed to be a manager. They were hostile and completely unfriendly. I'm sure they will break their neck to comment on this review how much they would love to talk to me though, lolOverall this restaurant is deserted. For a bar that is supposed to have music, its a extremely dead vibe. It has the energy level of a funeral home. It seems such a waste to have 2 giant bars, outdoor seating, and 2 pianos, and just not care at all about the restaurant or customers. I guess that sports talk nonsense must pay the bills, so why keep the piano farce up? Just change the name.

The place was practically empty, but we had to sit at the bar. The bartender was "too busy" to keep up with the minimal work and procrastinated putting in the order. The food was mediocre.

Had the gator tail. Immediately regretted it. No flavor. Oil taste didn’t help. Only way I could eat it was to cover in Tabasco. If it wasn’t $16, I wouldn’t complain. If this place was once decent, it certainly isn’t anymore.I don’t see a reason to come back. Overpriced, underperformed.

Waitress was nice, but waited 20 minutes for a beer in a bottle. The food took like 40 minutes and then had a hair in our burger. The manager couldn’t even come to table to apologize.

Rarely do I leave a negative review. But I must today. Sat outside at 4pm hardly anyone there inside or out so it wasn’t busy. Had the coconut shrimp and crab bisque. The shrimp were terribly overcooked and the bisque was Luke warm at best.Had a mango mocktail which was very good. But not checked in on even once. I dined solo, chose to sit a table not the bar but as they weren’t busy thought it would be okay. Only time server came over was to take away a plate which I clearly was not done with. And for $34 not worth it.

I hear they only have anyone playing pianos after 9pm when I say at the bar and asked when the entertainment was . ?What a huge disappointment !!!I bet there is talent that would play here just for tips and the chance to show their talent .The food was not anything great and for a Saturday afternoon this place was a ghost town and the weather was amazing . There was no entertainment to stay for and order another drink and spend more money so I had my sandwich and a beer and left unhappy and confused .This place is missing out so much business as Gainesville does not have any music entertainment that I know of before 7 pm usually. What about amateur afternoon with some musicians or even a kids or teen event . Happy hour ? Brunch ? There are so many options for making this a real piano bar . The website says to come see the pianos play but only lists some Dates for December with no times .Who is in charge of this establishment ?

The food and service were excellent!! We sat outside, it was a lovely day with the low sound of the piano playing in the background. I ordered the Fish and Grits with an order of Pancakes that came with the bacon or sausage. I requested Turkey Bacon which they did not have. I wish they would have adjusted my bill, for I assume they didn't have the Turkey Bacon because it never came out and the waitress didn't mention it. I had to quickly leave, so I didn't mention it. I highly recommend dining there. FYI, my bill was $35 for Red Fish and Cheesy Grits with 2 Pancakes on the side; no drink. The restaurant next door has an excellent Brunch Buffet for the same cost. I would eat there again because the food was really good and we enjoyed the piano playing and eating outside. I am very happy that there are options for brunch!! Try both!

I honestly cannot remember ever going to a dinning establishment and asking to make a simple substitution for a side dish only to be denied for no apparent reason. I ordered the crab cakes and requested another side in lieu of grits. Crab cakes and grits????? I told her no grits and asked for something else in its place. Moments later my dinner arrives, just crab cakes on a plate…….no side at all! Then to top it off our food was Cracker Barrel quality at best! The only thing this place has going for it is location!

This restaurant is the best! We reserved the entire restaurant for our wedding reception, and it was phenomenal! After booking and prior to the wedding, we visited from out of town, the restaurant to try the food and create the menu. Each time we went the food and drinks were great. Staff was excellent and the managers were so easy to talk to and plan with. Alexis did a great job communicating everything with us up till the big day. The menu we created was so good and the bar was on point! The kitchen was very open to the menu we created and we heard such good reviews from our guest that the food was awesome! The restaurant was set up perfectly to fit all our guests, they even created a kids corner for us with kid shows on the tv. I cannot talk highly enough about the attentiveness of the staff. The staff was even attentive to the kids, and had their orders and drink taken. I wish I could remember her name, but the sweetest waitress took care of my 3 year old and the other kids and was so attentive and sweet to them all night, helping them and getting them things they wanted. We booked two piano players who were AMAZING! They had a huge selection of music they played for us and answered every request we made. They were funny and entertaining and so beyond talented. My guests had such a great time! We cannot thank this staff and restaurant enough for making our wedding reception everything we dreamed of!!Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. The kids loved the food. The staff was amazing to them and watched over them and fulfilled everything they asked for. They even checked in with parents if the kids asked for something.Wheelchair accessibility: My father in law is in a mobilized wheel chair. We had absolutely no issues getting him in and around the restaurant. Staff made sure he was comfortable and their needs were always met.

The food was good, the furniture left a lot to be desired. Not comfortable if you plan on sitting a while. Atmosphere was OK for what it was, but not a place for, say...a quiet date night. Group of friends party time, yes.

Let me preface this by saying that I don't usually leave bad reviews. For a place to make me go out of my way to warn others says a lot. I made reservations here for me and my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. As we arrived, we thought there was a karaoke night that we didn't know about. It turns out it was a performer they booked that night. His voice was like listening to nails on a chalkboard. The waitstaff was also rude, though they were prompt with seeing us. We could not bear to listen to the guy's voice on stage. Not only did he sound terrible, his microphone was seriously loud and it threw off the ambience big time. We left before we ordered anything so I can't attest to the food, but if this is how they manage the place on Valentine's day, I would hate to go back on a normal day. What a waste of time.

The keys is the most rasist restaurant in celebration point. It is owned by Craig Patton. I brought to his attention how I felt about not feeling welcomed in his restaurant & that I would like the number to corporate. He told me that he is corporate & called security on me for no reason. I honestly feel like celebration point is apart of the problem being as though Craig has had multiple lawsuits filed against him & he is still in a position of power abusing it. He’s also stated that he has the best lawyers & is protected by the sheriffs whatever that means. A man like this is very evil & should not be running a restaurant.

Other than being VERY loud, the piano show was excellent. High energy, crowd participation very fun. However, the price of food and drinks was extremely steep. We split a steak and had 2 drinks apiece and the bill was $94. The steak was pretty low grade but the cocktails were pretty good (spicy margaritas is ?).

Okay food, strong drinks, and okay service. Very lazy service for a slow night. If there is now where else available to eat I would go but nothing to experience again.
