I got a chicken taco with a hard shell and I really liked it. I also got their queso and I enjoyed that. My boyfriend likes their beef tacos. They also have a really large collection of sauces which is nice, my favorite is Jason’s OG. They bring out your food to you and it doesn’t take too long. The restaurant is clean and the workers are nice

I came in and placed my order with a very friendly cashier. There was a miscommunication and she rang me in for a burrito instead of a taco. I kindly explained that it was not what I ordered and the young lady asked for her manager over. He was not very friendly at all, not to mention they made it wrong a second time and I did not even have it in me to go back in. He had me pay for the tacos and had me wait, just for it to be the wrong order yet again. Next time I’ll just drive to Jacksonville when I want Tijuana. Customer service was great from the cashier, but the manager needs to do better.

The chicken wings I ordered were horrible. The manager said they were cooked three days ago on Thursday 11/23 today is 11/25 /2023 I told him I came here to get fresh cooked food. We had a fridge full of leftovers. He refunded our money.

I really liked this place it’s a great example of yummy Mexican foods.It’s basic and part of chain so it’s an established brand the whole family can enjoy.This particular branch has really friendly staff who are chatty and give great recommendations of the food selection.It also caters heavily to students with Gainesville being a mainly student based town so there’s fun quizzes and student related activities for everyone to enjoy so make sure you check that out if your new in town.My favourite and the star of the show for me was the hot sauce selection they have a number of local and other mixed hot sauces from all over with different brands tasting from very hot to mild.I recommend the tacos as this what I had, the chips are also freshly made and taste great with the salsa.Service dogs only and space to eat outside.

Tijuana flats is a fun go to for my boyfriend and I. On Monday evenings they even have trivia night where you can win some fun prizes. Veronica specifically is so so nice as an employee there. She is newer but has such a radiant smile, and the sweetest personality. She reads out your order before you pay, and asks if all the toppings are ok on it. I wish her the best.

I worked for Tijuana years ago on University and now I go to this one. It’s great to know they have kept their high standards.The front staff is wonderful and they greet you with a smile. The managers are very attentive, and I love they still walk around to ensure you’re taken care of and food is great.Brian is a pleasure when we go, he is very quick and makes everyone feel comfortable.
